But isn't that more realistic? You wouldn't start practice with warmed up tyres (Apart from Formula A)

Reviews look good apart from a few small bugs being reported.

Would these review copies have the day one patch applied? A lot of these issues may have been ironed out already. If not I'm sure (and hope!) they will be.

If the D1P is not due to be released until the 7th of May, the release day, then it's fair to assume that these review builds haven't got the D1P installed........... Here's hoping!

Well, I'm not getting it for a month or two after so hopefully bugs are patched by the time I buy it

Yeah. But when doing a hot lap you get pre warmed tyres anyhow on most cars.

As for Gamereactor overall, an unanimous 9 all around.

As for Gamereactor overall, an unanimous 9 all around.

I gotta say it again, PCars is reviewing very veRY VERY well indeed. I'm so delighted and ecstatic and knew it would be great, that's why I preordered. What is so heartening is that just about all of the reviewers seem to get what PCars is striving for, and that was one of my biggest concerns, that most would'nt. I expected most to fumble like the Shack review. Less than an hour to go now! (SMS and WMD members must be very happy so far with the reviews)

GTplanet is the only website that is working here. Have a lot to catch up when I'm finally home in a few hours

Still... GTA5 PC has a 9.6 yet it's been nothing but frame drops since I got it. Meaning that I can't play it without a headache as my brain tries to stitch frames together and estimate what the next frame will look like so that I can anticipate on my next control input.

Reviews are an emotional thing I guess and pretty subjective at that.
