I want you guys to really sit back in history and think ..of what Ian bell had said and did he follow threw with what he had said .. and done . Will PMR be the same and leave us sitting with a almost done game and leave ..for $$$$

It was mentioned before on Reiza forums. But remember, Reiza works on Reiza time so everything is months behind. It's true that the madness engine did run pretty well on consoles before, but Reiza have added a lot more "niceties" to the sim from what PC2 was. 3d trees, better rain and spray, more cars on track, and more. Maybe consoles could run it on low settings with 20 cars on track though.
But due to Reiza time, could be a wait until 2030. Even if Renato tells us 2028. 😄

My slower than PS5 laptop runs AMS2 on ultra with 90 fps and 1440p it really isn’t very demanding sim its required specs are similar to Project Cars 2 which run well on… PS4

I never had an issue myself but there is a few people on the Reiza forums that have had issues. Either they are lying about their specs or something else is going on. Lot's of FPS drop areas on certain tracks as well as the infamous at night with rain scenario. Since they've been working on it, they have constantly added more physics calculations and nick knacks and patty whacks. I'm sure the recommended hardware should be updated too?

That's also why I said at low settings with a certain amount of cars limited, it would probably run fine. They are already behind on what their supposed road map is so that would probably limit some expectations anyways. Have to give them credit though, they've came a long ways and made something pretty special.

He might and he might not. We can choose to believe or not. If you choose not to and won't buy the game cool. I take what I see and read with a grain of salt. Either it will meet my expectations or it won't. Really that's all that matters is what do you want to see in order to buy the game. Because while I am excited for this game I refuse to buy it day one. I like to wait for bugs to get worked out and DLC drop but that's me.

Yeah same here but I hope he stays with it and just hopefully it becomes a good one.. I'm waiting for LMU to come to console first before I get PMR .

I didn't play GT2 (started at GT5) so it wasn't that, well for me anyway. Possibly I'm getting the Marcos confused with another car - if that's possible because it's quite distinctive!

Maybe the Gillet Vertigo? Anyway @doblocruiser thanks for the video. That cars sounds crazy like the engine is about too blow 😁 but that's just me. I love the livery the rainbow Brite livery hopefully they include that in the game

I'm sure it was in Toca Race Driver.

I don't remember, but it may have also been in Le Mans 24h for Dreamcast/PS2.

That's a game I would love to see a Remaster for, but these sims & the modding community are thankfully making it easier and easier to do ourselves.
 
This car is a demented piece of machinery!
I dont remember it being in either TRD 2 or 3, Le Mans24h or any GT game though. What I remember perectly is that we had one of those here in Portugal, past its GT racing days it usually appeared in an hillclimb event I usually attended also. Here's what it looked like (I marvel at how could this be driven/raced in a twisty, narrow hillclimb road)

It was in AC and PC2 by the ever so wonderful group VRC.
 
Ok, as a Sony console user for the past few years I don't think I've seen the Panoz LMP1 in a game. (Standing by to be corrected) 😀

She was in 1-4, as well. Seems only Forza, Test Drive Le Mans & Total Immersion Racing really gave the LMP the time of day (although, in recent years, I've read from members here that Panoz has been difficult to work with regarding licensing).

Yeah, think I remember reading sometime, somewhere, after Don Panoz died, there were some disagreements about who owned what. Could be my sketchy memory, though. Hopefully it's settled enough we start seeing some of their work because Panoz had some awesome cars.

Don't know if you're familiar with Total Immersion Racing from 2002, but it was also in that game.
