That's cool for UK folk! I hope a poster here gets to try the game out and let us know how it plays at this moment

Although I like a livery creator very much I would be fine with several liveries to choose from as in Pcars2. Overall I am only waiting for a first hands-on review to preorder. Like Race Cars only and the categories and will forgive a bumpy start.
Would be good to have a basic livery editor. Even as simple as choose from pre-set paint schemes. Choose race number, driver name location. Then maybe a few different fonts. This would also go well with career mode to have sponsors logo on your car. I remember many years ago of a race game that you chose sponers and had race objectives. Might of been one of the TOCA series, not for sure.

Sounds like the first Grid game. That was a good approach. Now I am waiting for a hands-on Test at Goodwood...

It looks promising so fingers crossed it doesn't turn out to be a flop. I like the fact that they have some 90s nostalgic beauties like the Panoz and Lister Storm 🤩
I actually trust Ian Bell, relatively. I don't think Pcars 3 was what he wanted. I feel like Pcars 2 was. As a person, I don't know what to think of him. But being in charge of making a racing game? I'd say I trust him as much as I trust anyone else

At this point what else can you do? I look at like this either you will enjoy the game or you won't. For me I'm disappointed about the livery editor and I may not get it as soon I was thinking about. So far everything else looks good and as long as it doesn't have game breaking features I plan on getting it eventually. I hope they knock it out the park and it's the greatest racing ever. Will it be that who knows?

They would have to explain how they will integrate user-generated content into the game.

Whether cars can be added to existing categories or whether the created content will have to be separate from base content.

I mean, they've shown the Audi R8 and the Panoz in the LMP class. If someone creates the BMW V12 LMR, Nissan R391, Cadillac... would it be added to the LMP class, or would there be a separate section for user-created content?

Can it be used in career mode or only in free race?

In any way, it's great news that this option is coming to Xbox and PS5.

And yes, I'm also looking forward to having Super Tourings and classic DTM content.

Never purchased PC3 only because the price has never dropped to acceptable levels in steam (which would be $20 or less for me). The game should actually be $10 or so by now. Based on a few videos that have watched livery editor like PC3 would be more then adequate.

Sense of speed can be accomplished by increasing fov, you can do it in most sims (to stupid levels I might add) which seems to be the case in that video as seen by the horrible fishbowl effect.

I've done it in PC2 for a laugh before, it was un-drivable.

Also he seems to be turning that steering wheel a lot but not actually moving a lot (maybe steering sensitivity/ratio related)

There’s a new addition, too. Project Motor Racing, set for a November 2025 release and available for pre-order via the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store and Steam – plus boxed and PC versions – will feature 10 car classes available from start of game, and a single player career mode with an option for an authentic and challenging motorsports economy.

IMSA partnership (confirmed by devs on the discord). Likely/hopefully means the whole LMDh roster and the Valkyrie.

Some info from their website about the four career starting budgets. It's all about at which step on the ladder you want begin at really.

Bottom step for me! Love to grind from the very beginning.

I’m probably not within the top 10%
I'll change 1 word from your post. Instead of probably, I'll replace it with the word "definitely"

If anything, I'm in the bottom 10%😢 but I'm so excited to dive in anyway

Hoping my Internet racing friend @IfAndOr will organize some races 😳

It's probably the best way to experience all the game has. I'm hoping for the Ginetta juniors again. 🙂
Although the benefit of their multi tier career paths is that if you keep falling off the lower steps you can always opt to skip a few rungs to see what else is available.

I'm going through a bit of a racing lull at the moment, I haven't really used my rig for about 6 months, but if any game is going to drag me back it's going to be PMR.
The fact that it's supposed to support cross platform gaming is great. That should increase online longevity for organised races and leagues.

The fly on his head distracted me  . It looks good though. Besides the livery editor this is shaping up to be a good game

Man, that disconnect of the steering wheel to the steering rack and front tires is really concerning. 😕
I hope this isn't underinflated balloon tire boat syndrome like an other certain game that seems to be popular on this website.

Even more than before, that makes me think it’s best to wait for the “complete” edition. It’s sounding like November is early access disguised as 1.0.

I’ll add the classes and Le Mans to the track/car lists.
