Prologue Cup: Race 3

Looks like the wheel sorted itself out....best T2's were in the 1:27.1 range, never quite managed to bust through into the 1:26's
Never had a car/track combo that can punish you timewise as much as this one...get out of shape or too much wheelspin and you can kiss a second or more goodbye drove me nuts
Submitted time will have a lowly 1:27.7...must have nailed the roundabout a little better this lap.
As for 1:25's, Flinx your the Man 👍 times like that are never gonna happen for me I'm afraid

hmm, 7 am, well ok.

@ tacet: not much sliding anymore in my laps, i´m trying to take a smooth line. my fastest T1 is 0,39.0 - that 1,26 was a one timer as yet.

No sliding, thought so, as soon as it starts squealing you can hear the seconds being added to you time

I beat my 1:28.0 time with a 1:28.4 so I'm a bit miffed that I should be 1/2 second faster

The 39.0 is v.good I can get a 39.4, but you then make nearly 2 secs on me to the next time split.

I've no idea how you get the 1:26!

I was thinking that maybe Flinx should have to drift all the way round the roundabout bit, to make it fair

Might get a lap or two in later, but I'll submit a time tonight anyway.

Thanks for the birthday wishes guys

I finally did some more laps today from which I got a lowest of 39.2 T1, and 1'27.4 T2. I managed the 1'27.4 with TCS and without TCS. I don't have much time left to get a good lap in, so I think I'm going to continue with TCS on. I really dislike this New York track, but I am glad I seem to be doing well for the roundabout at least. Back with more later on... hopefully.

I finally figured out how to drive this car to go fast. I agree with Flinx ( and never doubted him ) that 1'25 T2 is possible, just needs a very clean line.
