ps2 help

When I turn it on it goes straight to the browser screen. I click on the cd and it turns balck then goes back to the screen w/ the cd on it. Any suggestions?

clean the cd lens or the CD itself, its probably dirt

thats similar to what happened to me when my PS2 burned up cause of the mod chip. (had to get a new one) But ya clean the disc and the lens

Could someone go into detail on how to clean the lens or tell me some website? Thanks in advance. 👍
