[PS4] PITSxSRM | Thursday Night AC Racing (Currently in ACC)

Its growing on me, probably have to create different mapping for different cars. Its definitely the only game I'm comfortable with cockpit view. So I really like that.
It does need more FFB.

It will grow on you man I'm telling you especially once you start driving race cars

Lobby should be open 630,your time 730 my time. And sounds good bro. And same was trying to get tell u about it but got caught up in racing

Figures I would jump to ac for a bit seeing ACC is coming to consoles soon. And if you have anyone you want to bring with you they are also welcomed

If you don’t have a “vote yes” button, make sure you map it.
Map it to your lights is a safe bet, it’s not like we need them.

And I suppose watch out for the start, sometimes it glitchs and the car won’t move at all.

It's literally the triangle. Button or just when you see the prompt pause the game and click on vote to skip session

Okay so based on how this series goes in assseto I would like to suggest these 3 cars for the follow up season would be after next pcars series. (yes I know might bounce between 2 games)



Or we can run a 1 make in the very first fast car I got introduced too and my dad's very first car the Ford escort rs1600

Aye Stan, just did a lil practice with the MXS Cup and tracks for tomorrow just to familiarise a lil more with whatever. Man that car sweet too bad...the sounds, handling etc. Think I real liking this game yes.
One thing doe. In practice I noticed the tyre compound was "Hard Slicks". Tried to see if I could change it to another compound...Soft or Medium, but when I selected the "Compound" in "Suspension" tab to try and change I noticed I couldn't change it. Is it because there's only "Hard Slicks" available for this car or is it something I missed?

Joint PITS and SRM Assetto Corsa Thursday Night Racing Series

We are two established Project Cars 2 clubs that are joining forces to tackle a series in Assetto Corsa! This will be a sort of testbed with potential for more races in the future. We hope you'll join us for some exciting racing with some slightly off-kilter fellas!

TC_ALLOWED= 0 = forced off - 1 = allowed if the RL car has it - 2 = allowed whether the RL car has it or not
ABS_ALLOWED= Same as above
STABILITY_ALLOWED= Same as above
AUTOCLUTCH_ALLOWED= Same as above
ALLOWED_TYRES_OUT= Number of tyres allowed off track before penalty is applied, 4 = penalties off
DAMAGE_MULTIPLIER= Percentage - 0 = no damage - 100 = maximum damage
FUEL_RATE= Percentage
TYRE_WEAR_RATE= percentage
TYRE_BLANKETS_ALLOWED=0 = off 1 = on (keeps tyres at 80 degrees C in pits)
 
I think we got a pretty good turn out last night. Great racing. Quite enjoyed that car and tracks. Looking forward to more.

The force feed back was ****** in the mx5 for me. No real feel for the road. But when we jumped in the Ford escort at Red Bull it felt much better. ... I could drift every corner. It actually felt better than p cars. Stance explained that the mx5 has power steering and all that crap. So that's what it was. ... the set up of the cars is not as friendly as p cars tho.
 
Race day alert boys had a very nice turn out last week let's keep that energy going
This weeks race will be 28 laps and 40 laps

Room will be open at 730 and practice will be 1hr this week now that evrything has been figured out

Yeah that was another fun night. That was some battle you and Sgeti had going on in the first race and then including Lucky towards the end.
The second race at Highlands Short was also good fun....wacky but good fun. Nice track.
Kudos to all. Been getting some very good turnouts thus far.
 

gawd almighty that was fun. Gas issue first race, but a decent comeback to finish 7th. Race 2 was one of the best yet.....40 laps of pure concentration......took me a bit to calm down after that. Stance, your exhaust smells like kakapoo, I was so close for a while I could taste it.
