Sorry guys, I'm getting a little bored of being collected by someone out of position in the reverse grid race, that's 3 races in a row I've taken damage through someone being overly aggressive while defending position,

My Race 1



When it started i was mightly pissed off for a new exciting audio bug... Just before the race someone was shouting something on the mic and i had static and strange audio for the whole race :D

Talking about the race itself, @Glenalz81 and @TDZdave were impossible to catch, literally flying on the wet.

I was a bit more close to @bajny , @Riggy and @filipino1234 . At race start and first laps i've grown a great 6th sense and i always manage to get off unscathed and with no issues :D

After a little bit i was already in 4th with bajny in front of me. He had at some point a bug and passed him getting in 3rd just to lose car on a curb in the last left bend. Spun and scratched my car getting some aero and suspension damage.

At the time i had great margin over the 5th that was fili but my tires were melted (seriously see vid!) and aero and suspension made it so he closed on me and i managed to finish ahead of my teammate by a few thousand of second.

Amazing! :)

Race 2 later on today or tomorrow!

Woulda had u at T3 a few laps earlier had the door not been slammed on me, :lol: ended up in the barrier and light damage to my front left. :crazy:

Yeah, going up the hill through the esses.

I tested both tyres, ran the same times in both but ended up using full wets, better braking and a little less heat..still got silly hot but slightley better than the inters.
 
Yeah same here, zero setup as didn't have time and ended up with a shed to drive. Crashed out and totalled the car then had to pit. I couldn't brake high 1:18's. Second race was much better until I got tapped, went offline (in the same sport as R1) and again, had to pit. Started catching the pack but then got DC. Looking forward to Don I can tell you :)

BTW I tried to get out of the way to front running after my pit but my session was laggy as hell.
 
Hey strangers! I know I know, odd to see my name in this part of GTP-land ;).

I happen to have this race's time slot free for the next round at Donington! If it's allowed and space is available, would I be able to join in as a wildcard? I promise I will not interfere with the Championship :P, I'm just craving some solid racing with well known blokes/old friends on PCars :).

Yeah sorry for that mate, I ended up off line before the left turn, clipped the kerb and went to the right hand wall, by the time I got control of the car you were coming like a train, I tried to pull hard right before you got there but I guess it wasn't in time,

I wasn't aware you hit the wall on the left, to me it felt like you clobbered me up the back as I lag jumped about 10 feet,

My Race 2


After a couple amazing first laps where i was successfully defending from @bajny and @TDZdave and at the same time making up positions i managed to get up in the positions and hold out bajny for like half an hour until i caught up @filipino1234 after i guess he crashed out.

He pitted while i chose to run another lap before doing so. In that lap i got i think two slower cars in the first part of track and lost that little time that made me re-enter a few thousand of seconds to late giving back position to my teammate. After that i was behind fili for the rest of the race in 4th until he crashed out heavily and i collected an unexpected 3rd place. Good points!

Some amazing action in the video :) Later on today points and standings!

No probs m8, it was an intense chase...pushing to catch then cruising to let the tyres cool, lol there was a lap I noticed after the chicane on the big sweeping right hander that goes down and up the hill I had a massive drift going and my rear left dropped 4 degrees while sliding weird, I thought it woulda been the opposite. :) lol was the only time my rears dropped below 120 the whole race!

I upload videos to YouTube mate. What you see here is the embedded version.

When I want to make things properly like race 1 video I use Sony Vegas if in just want to cut and paste parts without recompressing or editing like race 2 video I just use avidemux.

My tires never breached 115, could it be the difference between inters and full wets?

From your videos, there is no doubt! Some awesome racing going on.

A damn lot of Aston Martins haha, what's wrong with the M3?

Karsten keeps getting consistent results and get a small lead on the followers; @Riggy and @McDastardly get a prize of their great streak of good finishes and sets themselves on 2nd and 3rd place. @Glenalz81 and @TDZdave are a little behind due to "mechanical problems" behind them @filipino1234 and the fast ascending @bajny are showing how fast a driver can rise back in the standings with a max of 49 points available each week!

A super exciting championship that will get closer and closer on each round!

In the Team championship the fight seems to be between the "El perro encendido" and Scuderia Fronzini with a minuscule 5 points gap between the two after 5 rounds.


Congratulation at Bajny for his first win in the serie!

You can download for free from psn themes for sharefactory and you can insert some text too if you want.

I think they added a racing theme a few months ago :)
