Wow! The entries are coming thick and fast. Let's see, what we have here...

drifterzzz: Any cleaner and it would be in an operating theatre! I like what you've got so far. I see you're playing with the reflections on the bodywork this week and last. Good to see you experimenting with new techniques. Keep it simple and you'll have a nice chop come the voting. What colour do you have in mind?

bluebanana: Realliy liking the look of your's so far. Very purposeful and evil looking. I like the subtle changes in proportion and I'm digging the flat black wheels. Nice! I would suggest not splitting the front grille though. Too fussy for me. Keep it coming!

Didnt change it; no time.

no time, finals to do, everyone seems to like it, so this is my FINAL ENTRY

I have an idea for a chop this week (shame I won't be able to do it). My idea; plug in the SLR McLaren into this thing. It'd be pretty sick if it could work....

I was trying to get a kind of French GT car look. Something like MVS may have made as a successor to the Venturi or Atlantique. Couldn't for the life of me find a decent pic of the Casino Monte Carlo in Monaco, so I had to make to with a tacky 'Vegas imatation. Never mind, eh!

FINAL ENTRY

EDIT: Thanks, Cano. Updated accordingly.

i put the spoiler on mine because i wanted it to be subtle. it wont do anything at all, but i think its a nice addition. i was tryin to make it un upgraded addition of the 406. i think the spoiler is nice because it isn't too distracting. i tried to base it off of an impala LS, but i took it off of the GTO.

The way you reduced the height of the body it's apparent it was designed by Pininfarina, as it looks like a Ferrari 456GT. 👍

well, im done. i cant think of anything else to do with it... overall, i think it is a good, clean chop. i did the front bumper, spoiler, headlights, rims, and a fender flair. ts about it. commentz pleeze. FINAL ENTRY for now.

Chaser! damn you! your Venturi is so cool, its an impressively coherent design, a SO possible, produceable car. the only flaw, as a design, that I would see, or, let's not say flaw, but an out-of-common detail, would be how thin the body is, but it still looks cool as hell. now I see one flaw on the photoshop work. your front fender opening is thiner that your rear, and that notes you should make your front wheel opening wider, and also, of course, the tire and whell. but, amazing man, a beautiful and perfectly achieved design, the kind of chop we should see more often.

Cano

and a vote, indeniably and undoubtedly

Thanks for all the comments...everybody. I will fix the side shading and front valance on Sat. ... I'm getting hit hard with finals all this week.

Damn! T__T I was about to finish my chop, then a friend sent me a video, which made my PC crash. >__< I'm so pi**ed right now. Will redo it in the next days, if I feel like redoing it. X_x

That old chestnut, eh? Face it, you're just scared of Gla. Almighty!

Yeah, but I already knew I wouldn't win from the time he mentioned that he'd take part. *rofl*

Let's see if I can come up with something until the deadline. I so didn't feel like it anymore. T_T

Heres a preview guys. Cant decide if ill put a a background or not...and im not too sure about the rims. Tell me what you guys think...id REALLY appreciate it.

EDIT: Cleanded it up. Still need an opinion on the rims.FINAL ENTRY

360rider: I like the rims. How can you tell? I have the same ones on my chop! The shape is very distorted. If you don't do it already, try flipping your chop every time you change something to get a fresh perspective of it. The blend from 355 to 406 is pretty good though!

the_cobbinator: Bit of a hotch-potch of different ideas, if you ask me, and a bit shoddily executed. Try making that offside front foglamp a bit shorter. At the moment, it looks bigger than the one closest to us. You could also tidy up the upper part of the rear brake cooler duct to make the transition between it and the line smoother. Hope this helps.

Chaser...i didnt even notice the rim thing. Sorry man. Im gonna change the rims anyways. The shape of the car was intentional though. Thanks for the comments. Should be posting my final soon.

360rider - No worries, mate. I don't mind at all. A case of 'great minds thinking alike' I guess. If you're changing them, may I suggest five-spokes? That would really finish the Ferrari look, would it not?

Hmm...know what...i was thinking that. But i cant seem to find a good set. The 355 ones looked pretty good but were a bit dark. The 360 ones crossed my mind but i dropped the idea just as quick as i thought of it. So...im indecicisve right now.

what happens if a 67 Camaro and a 406 Peugeot crash? well, in Cano world, the Camaro survives, of course. this is a mixup of parts from many cars, most of them hot rods. Even the intercooler bars (yes, I'm a firm believer of power adders in a hot rod, thus, this thing's supercharged) are chrome strips off some 30's car hood. the bumpers are off an Aston DB4, the wheels are Halibrands (off another rod) and small tidbits like the turning lights (another rod's tailights) and the front small lights (from the said aston martin) deviate it from being all custom-built over the Peugeot. it has a 406 small-block, btw :D

Yeah, I see what you mean. I'll work on it after practice, before poker tonight.
