Some info for you here.

I have a application on my phone called "PS3 Trophies Pro" (best approach is have ever bought) and when i try to refresh the friend list it won't refresh. It only does this when PSN is acting up or when they are having some kind of maintenance (maintenance as in you can sign on your ps3 but can't use the app to load information that comes from PSN). So that might be what's going on.

Also sometimes when my app messes up some of my friends have a hard time.

Some people might say "that's a app it doesn't matter" but it does the app developer has even said that because you use your whole sign on information to use the app.

I bet money when your able to get in easily I will be able to use my app again in a short time
