I managed to do 12 laps on RM high 32's to low 33's for 5 laps, times really drop after 8 laps though, getting 37's and 38's..

Think I will start on RH as I'm at back of grid and aim for a 2 stop!
 
Just so it's known, I won't be able to join till right at 4. Leaving the PS3 on till I get back. :)
 
I usually have something going on this time of day. However kids played in snow yesterday. Staying home and inside today. Which leaves me free to race!!!!

EVERYBODY READ THIS POST

Reminder:

-Race is 36 laps.
-You must use both compounds of tire for at least 2 laps during the race
-Bump drafting is allowed, provided you know how to do it safely
-If you do not wish to be bump-drafted, PLEASE STATE SO!
-The many runoff areas at this track are nice for preventing spins, but don't abuse them. Use them if you need them, but overusing them for the purposes of gaining time is prohibited.

Keep it clean, keep it fun. I will be hosting D2, Wardez will host D1.

Rooms will be up shortly.

Finally had one of those "DUH!!!" moment last night. All along, I had my ride height settings reversed! :ouch:

Fixed it and...I'm still not faster at the start but my lap times throughout are better.
 
Owens, I need a number from you, as well. Keep in mind that 27 and 72 are both taken.

My power is out so I can't race! I told you this already Mule. I would love to set times, but I can't. My best was in the 32's in practice a week ago. But the power is down. I'm not even at home right now so I'll just look forward to next race. Unless some miracle happens in the next 15 minutes.

Sorry I can't make the first race! I hope all goes well for you guys though. Hopefully the connection and server issues aren't prevalent. Practice race at Grand Valley was awful, the consistency wasn't a problem, but the times were way out of sync. I went from 3 seconds a lap faster to 2 seconds slower in the matter of 3 laps! Oh well, have fun.
 
I just noticed something while watching practice. What is the call for people cutting the "kink" on the back side of the track?

You mean the sharp right where the double hairpin is on the f1 track? Don't cut that.

I'm not, you know me. I just have seen it done (maybe by accident) so was wondering if it was going to be enforced.
