My question about my ram is that on my motherboard box, it says Supports RAM up to 400 mhz (Overclock). What does that mean? Do I have to overclock my motherboard for that memory module to run on my pc?

Your motherboard supports DDR400 (PC3200) memory. I'm not sure what it means by overclock. Do you know what type of motherboard you have?

Ah, The VIA KT400A chipset does not support DDR400 officially. The FSB runs only at 333MHz. But, if you overclock the FSB to 400MHz, then yes, you can run DDR400 at full speed.
