I rather surprised that truck has an engine in it. I saw it on Reddit a few days ago and the general consensus was the tow hook was there since it couldn't move under it's own power. I like it though and I'm impressed with the execution of it, I've seen trucks that have the ability to drag doors before but nothing ever that body dropped. I'd like to see how goofy it looks when it's airred up.

tires weren't that stretched.

and zip ties are just a quick fix. I wouldn't class that as a modification.
 
stretched tires, as long as the rim is poking out like that, is too much and belongs here

how is that too much? with the one I posted, id say its too much because it can be a safety hazard, but a little bit of stretch allows the sidewall to flex less during hard cornering.
