yeah definately photoshopped, the front bumper is waaay off and the wheels dont fit the lighting of the rest of the pic... (aside from the obvious things of course...)

That doesn't mean it was chopped, Fiat build quality has always been like that.
 
It's been a while since I've seen that Accord, looks a bit different now. I can't believe how much camber comes on those tires when it's dropped though, that's ridiculous.
