I guess I just don't see the appeal. No doubt they would be fun to drive one time but otherwise I have no liking to them.

Different motoring cultures.

I'm just messing with you Alvaro, not going to serious about this.

But all those cars in gulf livery looked like ****. Well, at least the delorean was decent enough.
I'm ****ing done. You disgust me.

Replying this way?? Then you should use smileys. They help to soften the speech

I can't be arsed in using smiley much. Since using this laptop is a pain in the ass. Hopefully, my computer is gonna be retrived this night, apparently there was no problem, not even with my graphics card. Maybe the dust was the problem...

I think this is a Z06 Corvette...

I'm okay with that spoiler. Well, a better one with that style, ofcourse. Just change the paintjob to like the one you would get as a bonus car in NFS IV: High Stakes and I'd take it for a spin.

(BTW NFS4, never forget, best nfs game, unlike all those Underground/Underground 2 shenanigans...those are more liek called ricer simulator, am I right?)

Underground 2 had better customisation than any GT game and a better tuning system. The star ratings made higher by putting tv screens in the car were a bit silly though. Later games with Autosculpt were even better.

Back OT, of those Gulf cars they all look good to me, except the SLS ( too much orange, would look better with the small single or twin rally stripes and the R8, which looks off to me (perhaps orange side stripes would be good.)

[offtopic] Well, U2 sure had some grade A tuning, back then I was a bit fan of it, even wanted to replay it on my ps2 with my logitech g27, until I saw some of my cars again.

I gotta say, all I cared about was teh stars really but they were for ***** 'n giggles. Maade them look riced and brought down to no respect for these cars. Though the 3000GT I've modified, it's superb. Anyway.[/offtopic]

Well, not only delorean to me, I guess the covertible porsche looked okay for me.

Anyone remember that Chop Shop show on Discovery?

For those that don't know it was about a custom car shop ran out of a London railway arch (all the shows are on YouTube if you're interested).

They did make some genuinely good cars, like this Capri:

The parts list includes only the finest British ingredients (Rover V8, TVR gearbox... :sly:)...

They even built a replica of the Rover Jet 1 prototype:

...and then they made some more, erm, interesting creations, like the Tiger (bonus points for guessing the base car).

More of their monstrosities:

Apologies if this is a repost, but prepare for what is arguably the worst-ever 'tuner' car:

FB-ONE Crossfire program

I'd freaking drive that Capri until it fell appart. Ok maybe I'd cheap-respray it flat black, but yeah, awesome.

That chop shop place wants shutting down for creating such monstrosities and especially for ruining a Capri. Awful front grille, awful rear end and to crucify it further, stupid stretched tyres.
