With a top speed of either 28 or 50mph (model dependent) i don't think downforce is going to be an issue one way or the other. Not with a wing a trim as that.
Exactly right, hence I said a placebo effect. I know that logically it will not make a difference, but I think my mind would play tricks on me at the wheel!

I'm betting there are some lovely booger welds underneath holding all that together, cause I've almost never seen bro-dozers like this that have good welding jobs done to them.
I think thats actually a bolt on crossmember kit... NOT saying it's welds are any better
 
It's a 1st gen Tacoma, it's like 95% rust on the frame, so the booger welds probably help it in the long run.
 
I'm 90% sure I sketched this out in 2005 for a classmate at NADC.... is there by chance a chucky doll in the car??

about the only difference I see between the old sketch and this was I had a nascar spoiler and more flare in the fenders

The only things I see wrong with this is that spoiler, the bazooka tip exhaust, and the wheels should be an inch up.
