Taillights are definitely questionable, (assuming) stock tires not really, and the license plate might be a dealer plate, thus there would be a tag in the rear window with the temporary registration (hard to tell in this pic though).

It wasn't a dealer plate. It said "Unique ..." something and had like 14 letters and numbers. There was nothing in the window.
