Yes, they can be arranged for any driver who requests, who hasn't already finished a Manufacturer test.

Could everyone please confirm the car you would like to drive and a back up (factory) car please? Also, please include photos of your cars of choice in the colour of choice, with the rims of choice.

Otherwise, it may be necessary for me to, urm, guess... At which rims and colour you want.
