Next Friday, July 10th is Round 8 of the Mazdaspeed Cup with 3 races at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, Austria and the championship is coming down to the wire with everyone still mathematically eligible to win the inaugural crown

Crap, forgot about that :banghead:. I will say we will play it by ear but unfortunately if we postpone this round, a race will be dropped from the schedule (Mid-Field most likely) as I move to college on the 9th of August and will not be on for 2-3 weeks. If everyone is okay with this we will postpone
 
This scheduling is a lot like my gambling, I gotta problem.

Hopefully I'll be busy this Independance Day and not race directing on a video game, up in my room, alone.

But if I'm available I'll be there if it's happening. 👍

I said it was a problem awhile back. I'm not going to make it. Going away.
 
Yeah I going to make the call here but in my stupidity of scheduling on July 4th weekend not realizing that it was July 4th weekend was not the smartest thing I've done, so the round will be postponed to next Friday and we may need to either drop a round or do a doubleheader
 
Why do I have 77 points? After looking at the points system, shouldn't I just have 35? I've only competed at the Monaco event from memory.

This is due to the last place points rule, where if you to miss a round you would get the last place points so you would not get screwed if you would in championship contention and same applies to new drivers

It has worked out as Angel missed the Nurburgring round and scored IIRC 7 points due to the last place points rule and is well in striking distance in the title hunt
