Race Modifications. Are they Welcomed again?

Hi, im new at the forum, i wondering if we'll be able to modifie the cars (aerodinamycs) for the down force, and to change the look of the car..................it will be awesome :dopey:

You can change the look of the car by a wing/spoiler.
