It's taken 15 minutes to get the line above to quote. Hughes, site, or PC is unknown but irritating.

Also, bollocks to audio and Movie Maker. Audio comes down to self-hatred and hearing my own voice is an extension of that. WMM is a unintuitive waste of space I'll be uninstalling tonight, so I need an alternative.

When I made my GTR2 video back in August 2016, I used Open Broadcast Software (OBS) and then used a combination of VSDC and Sony Vegas Movie Studio 13. I used Audacity to do the voice narration. OBS compresses the video. So if you want uncompressed video, I probably wouldn't recommend OBS. I used VSDC based on past GTR2 videos by our rallymorten. I mostly used Vegas Movie Studio 13 to put in certain effects I couldn't efficiently do in VSDC. And also, I used Vegas Movie Studio to compress to MP4.

So those are some rather free options in trying to make videos. I still have not attempted to make my own NR2003 video. In fact, I've rarely played the game. That's why I haven't done anything like want to make my own entry into the GTPlanet Fantasy Series or make my own NR2003 video. I'm not trying to take nascarfan1400's job or anything. :)

Those are just a few thoughts on trying to make an NR2003 video.
 
Slightly off topic (China this weekend)

But I am doing a side project on NR, and no matter how hard I searched, I couldn't find Tony Stewart's 2016 Mobil 1 car, and I am having trouble finding Jeff Gordon's Axalta 88 car. Can anybody help me out and send me these two cars I would greatly appreciate it.

GT22: ****ing hell... it's done. Engine's expired. Sorry guys.
CC: Damn it, we'll get them next week I guess.

RACE Reporter: Caught up with GTRacer22 down here in the garage after his exit from the race just past the halfway point. What happened?
GTRacer22: Engine just went. It seemed like it was starting to weaken, we were dropping down the running order like a rock. It finally just decided to give up on us.
RR: How badly will this affect your points standings?
GT22: Why the hell do you ask me this every goddamn week?! You already know the answer!

Nice to get my first podium of the season. Takes some of the saltiness away from the last 2 races.

RESHIRAM5 - Feels good, the track is massively wide so there were a lot of options and I wanted to try every single one of them at the start but the car did great and with enough patience I moved up to 13th, I have no complaints

Ni hao, GTPlanet! ^_^ So the series decides to hit up China and take its tour of awesomeness to the other side of the Pacific Ocean. I noted a lot of the qualifying times are about as long as NASCAR XFINITY around Road America. The race wasn't some kind of wreck-fest or anything, but it was still a pretty eventful race. Races don't have to be crash fests to be interesting. All congratulations to the winner of the race at Shanghai International Circuit.
 
Well all I have to say is when am i finally going to get that win? I'm fine with getting constant top 10s but wouuld like to finally see a win. No wonder why I didn't win the title.

We had three goals today:

1) Don't die,

2) Don't kill the car,

C) Don't fall asleep,

Fieri)...need I say anything.

I managed to stay awake, at least one spotter, maybe two must have dosed off because they stopped talking for a few laps.

It was a race, I guess.

@rcb929 is now the first driver to earn 2 poles this season. He also has a GTPFS all time first, he's the first to win a traditional race from the pole. Technically Carbonox is the only other one to do so, but he did not qualify on pole traditionally as he sat on pole for the Eldora A-main by winning Heat 1 (IIRC).

The following have no recorded stats of note up to post-race 10:
  • @Davis (Best Finish-11th at Auto Club 1)
  • @Doodle (Best Finish-12th at Auto Club 1)
  • @RACECAR (Best Finish-14th at Martinsville)
@raven214 also has no finishing stats (Best Finish-15th at Auto Club 1) but has one pole (Las Vegas).

@Skython is still in 43rd, however despite the fact he didn't race in 6 events, he's within a race of RACECAR, raven, @Akmuq, and @Tired iron.

Any other stats are available upon request, including career stats.
