i have a Buick special '62' and it will not let me enter the expert series> historic racing car cup. i dont understand, the buick meets the entry requirements. Can anyone help me on this???

I think this was done on purpose as you win the car so easily in the game. I don't think that car is good enough to compete anyway.

Agreed... horrible car for this race... Toyota 7, Chaparal 2J and some have had success with the Camaro RM (not I...).. Not a whole lot else that compete... And the Toyota 7 needs some tuning...

I did it with the Toyota 7 in B and A spec (and in A spec it WAS NOT EASY!!)

Actually, it does not meet the requirements, because although it is a '62 Buick, this is a customized version that was built in the year listed in the description. I forget exactly which year, but somewhere in the 2000s, IIRC.

Besides, you want to run this race in either the Ford Mk IV, Ferrari 330P4 or the Jaguar XJ13 to get the Dream Race trophy, don't you? Just make sure whichever car you drive, if you are looking for the trophy, the other two needed cars are in the line-up.

70 challenger RM can win as well as the c2 zo6 vette. But the best cars are listed above.
