Yes, buy them all. the ZR1 Corvette RM is also good, as is the Lotus RMs (Elise 96 and 111R). The most fun I've recently had is 111R RMs racing at the Ring. Epic battles almost nightly.
There is a thread already on this. Please use search function next time. But to answer your question all 15 or 17 cars that can be RM are better than their stock version, just my opinion.
