Hi Guys I've had the game for 3 days , now and I'm at 88 % . How can I beat the rally course times .I'm very good with the tracks , but I tend to struggle on the rallies

Any Help Appreciated

Um - drive faster?

Seriously though - rallies are pretty difficult in the GT series. I've always battled with Tahiti especially.

I find that you need to work on getting a 'flow' going where you're comfortable with both accelerating and braking with the car unstable, i.e. sideways, and you also need to learn how to hold the car at a particular angle on the throttle.

Watch the demos from the first person perspective a couple of times and see how the AI uses a combination of brakes, acceleration and steering to hold and position the car, and get a feel for what you need to be doing where.

Good luck!

Yep it is a totally different ball :soccer: game compared to the tarmac I find..

Firstly you settings will differ from the road.. you'll need to learn drifting and getting sideways whilst maintaining control so not to smack into the walls on every corner :curvyrd:

Get experience with FF and 4WD rally cars :burnout:, and if you simply want to win :chkflag: in the Rally Series totally unfairly, invest in a :suzuki: Escudo and fully tune it?

Welcome to :gtp: cuefilez and well done on managing 88% in 3 days :clock:, that is quite an achievement :star:..did you get any sleep at all? :janitor:

Thanx Guys

This is such a nice an friendly bbs as opposed to supercars.net , anti-rice.com amongst others I frequent

Alex 88 %is not too hard to do in a short while , the secret is keep one car get used to it and race it everywhere . My friends have the common fault of using other MUCH Faster cars , which makes handling etc much harder etc (Example ,would you run a Zonda S on Grindelwald ?????? )
