Well. Circuit de la Sarthe and Suzuka is my favorite tracks.. But as everybody is cheating and cutting so much at la sarthe it might be suzuka.. I think its sad that they cant fix the cutting at la sarthe.. It destroys one of the greatest track ever made..

1. Cote d Azure
2. Laguna Seca
3. Nurburgring Nordschlife
4. Deep Forest Raceway
5. Seattle (GT3?)

Tokyo R226
Laguna Seca
Nurburgring Nordschielfe
Tsukuba
Eifel short (forgot the name but it was in Gt5 prologue too)

They should really have Midfield Raceway! I miss it!

He might be referring to:

Ford Chicane
Tertre Rouge
End of Mulsanne Kink

AS for Suzuka, Only place I can think of a illegal Cutting is the Casio Triangle

Tokyo R226
Laguna Seca
Nurburgring Nordschielfe
Tsukuba

La Sarthe no chicanes is good fun. I do a lot of testing on High Speed Ring reverse so I like that track quite a lot as well. Daytona is always fun also, I just wish GT5 had some of the old tracks from the previous 4 GT's.

my favorite track in gt5 is most def the monza track. especially with a good well rounded italia or mp4. it has a good mix of high speed stretches and tight turns

wish they had:
Grindelwald
Costa di Amalfi

favorite- the ring
gt5 should add- Imola, Mugello, Watkins Glen, Road Atlanta and America, Lime Rock, Sebring, Silverstone, Ferrari test track @ Maranello (which I think they use Mugello most of the time now) all circuits that should have already been there. Not gt classics like Seattle (dont care for)

Grand Valley Speedway - GT legend
Nurburgring Nordschliefe - Sheer excitement and challenge differs with every car
Cape Ring (any with the spiral) because I like the jump at the top :sly:

This:tup:

I don't know if it's my favorite track, but it's understandable why a lot of F1 drivers think Suzuka is the perfect track.

It's difficult to really put down a perfect lap... But when come up through the S's and your on a flyer.... Then the quick rights of Degner Curve... Hit them perfect and it's hard not to crack a smile when you see good "sector" time pop up after you go under the bridge!

The Ferrari F1 Seasonal Event has been a blast! It's such an awesome feeling when you starting clicking off high 31's or low 32's that almost mirror each other lap after lap.

Again, might not be my favorite, but definitely a rewarding track...

Eifel Circuit (Supercar Seasonal)
Mt. Amos Variants. (French Seasonal)
Northern Loop.(British lightweight seasonal & test drive 1,000 cars)
Laguna Seca, because it's been the track in every car racing game since my 386 computer.

The 2005 version of Circuit de la Sarthe still has grass in many of the areas that are used for cutting on the 2009 layout. With the track edge grip levels set to "Real", cutting on the 2005 layout becomes pointless as you actually lose time. The only disadvantages to the 2005 layout is Turn 1 isn't as nice and day/night progression isn't available.

La sarthe has grown on me after lots of lmp races and watching some of the 24 hour race

I love fuji too. Hardly ever used (about 2 or 3 times in a spec and never online) and so good! I learned to love this track after that horrible 750pp event that was there in gt5 prologue XD spent aaages trying to learn to drive well

Also i know i'll get killed for this but i hate the ring. Its too long and it doesn't flow for me at all. I admit it is a classic and a great track but i hate it with a passion. It's too narrow and you can't ever have a casual race there because it takes too long. Just my opnion. Everyone else loves it and so many rooms are using it all the time, makes online annoying sometimes :(

Trial Mountain and Deep Forest are my favourites. I do all my vehicle tuning/setup on those two circuits.
As for tracks I would like to see. Pikes Peak for sure as well as Mount Panorama (Bathurst) and Philip Island and the Goodwood hillclimb track. :-)

Circuit de la Sarthe, if we could vote for two, I'd vote for Nurburgring too. Both are epic tracks, I like Circuit de la Sarthe because I can test my speed and handling at some portions, then Nurburgring for all out driving.

Nice.

tbh now the ring has to be one of the most challanging tracks in history, but i only ever really go there with BMW's or Mercedes's its wierd really but its my favourite track.. trial mountian is a close second though.. :P

I used to hate Tsukuba Circuit with a passion...but now it has grown on me. Laguna Seca is a close second though, with Deep Forest Raceway right behind.

I understand why people hate it especially the part where you can't really pass the car in from of you. But the truth is that you can pass on the track- it just takes patience (lots of it), total concentration and a complete knowledge of the track. Although I have to say that it's easier to do the pass in a race car with a lot of grip than you would with road cars equipped with road tires.

I love the Nurburgring in all forms- the Green Hell itself, the GP tracks, the VLN (or Type V) and the full 24 hour course. Lately I've been driving and racing in the rain and in the dark on the 24 hour course. I've probably put over 1,000 hours on the track if I were to include the time spent in GT4.

What PD has done with the 24 hour course is beyond amazing. Everything from the lighting, the sinking feeling in my stomach when I go into Quiddelbacher-Höhne (I can swear it's in the FFB), the rain and watching the replay afterwards. I can't wait to see what PS4/GT will do this track (that is if Forza didn't buy an exclusive license to the track and make as wide as the widest section of the autobahn).

Narrow minded British... If Top Gear would use a parking lot as their test track that would be their favorite track

Thanks for the generalisation....fool

On topic, Nurburgring all the way

The tracks I've build use the GT5 Track Builder are better for me due to I know all the others to well.
