Anyone remember the old layout for High Speed Ring where the turns between the bridge and the tunnel were banked instead of flat like they are now?

I like the part where someone thought it wasn't going to be Nurburgring
it's nurburgring, for all of it's terror inducing, off camber, suspension abusing brilliance, the greatest track in the world to find out if you,and your car,are tuned properly...if you're upside down flying towards the wall at 225,you are not ready

I choose my created courses. Toscana(tarmac) is my favorite place to create tracks. I like just making them 7 sections long, and putting the complexity for 5 of the sections up to ten, and the bank level for turns between 5 and 10. You can create some great tracks to free run, drive, race, test, etc. I have about 20 tracks so far. Sometimes to liven it up a bit ill just go staright to the course creator and quickly make a track and pick a random car and just go for a spin, so its always something new, you know?

Nurburgring is #1 for me...Everything else is #2..I'll add that I hope that PD re-opens the roads to El Capitan. That's one course I miss.

Yeah Nordschleife #1.
I would reaaaaally like to see Spa Francorchamps (witht he old 1995 busstop) in the game as it's a track similar to the Nordschleife. Long and some really fast corners.

Also, El Capitan, fast track, love it :)

When I'm looking for a bit of fun to pass the time I always go to Topgear with my friend and we chase each other round the track for hours, then if you get bored of that you can go on the straight to drag, mess about etc so I'd say Topgear is my favorite.

It depends on the mood I'm in though, if I'm looking for some good proper driving I'll go to the Nordschlief :)

Trial Mountain...too me it just has the right amount of variety and small enough to do quick lap times for car testing...so far my fastest lap time with 493 HP 1100kgs (Super GT) is 1:17:5 with a Castrol Mugen NSX offline and 1:18:1 with the same car online. Just fast enough to compete with some of the really good people in GT =)

My second go-to track would be Grand Valley Speedway

I use clubman stage 5 in my lounge for testing as default. It's got plenty of turns, a long straightaway and night racing to test the headlights. And it's one of my all time favorites from the GT series in general.

Also really easy to get simple comparable times for the kind of cars I use that hover around a minute or under.

I voted for Stage 5 but I don't use the full course as, though pretty, it's easier to screw up on its multiple hairpin or low-gear, up/downhill turns therefore invalidating my test times. Clubman is where it's at for me.

The Green Hell... been playing on it since GT4 came out (Literally the day it came out... I bought it for 1p :P) and I haven't stopped loving the 'ring since then... I like the other tracks too of course... but the 'ring is special

Absolutely love fuji. :) Played it a lot back in the ol' days of Prolouge so I know every different line for every type of car.

I've always liked Trial Mountain ever since GT1, and still enjoy it just as much in GT5.

I first voted for Trial Mountain but now a few laters, my favorite is Nürbugring Nordschleife. I just recently started doing Free Runs online and this is the one track I truly enjoy especially for free run purposes.
