Monaco keeps me amused for hours, as does Trial Mountain oddly enough. TM is my stomping ground for any lightweight import.

I love the custom tracks, so much fun, with so much elevation and fast, flowing turns.

As for real tracks, it's Nurburgring Nordschleife.
For GT tracks, it's Trial Mountian. So much fun to drive cars on two wheels through the chicane.

1.) High Speed Ring (Since GT1)

2.) Daytona Oval (prologue version was more of a challenge though)

3.) Monza ( used to hate it, then mastered it in my ZR1 RM, now I love it)

4.) Spa ( like Monza used to hate it, after watching 24 Le Mans and spending some time on it, I'm hooked)

Le Mans is run at Sarthe. More to the point, Francorchamps isn't in the game

Speaking of Sarthe though, that would probably round out my top 3 (in addition to Monaco/TM, no particular order).

Boring answer: the Nordschleife. To be more specific the 4h layout with half the GP circuit attached. I would've said the 24h layout but I really don't like the strange adjustment after the opening hairpin.

Second is Suzuka, a very complete and challenging circuit. Difficult to master to esses, the double right-hander before the hairpin and the long left-hander before the back straight. But once you do (and I can safely say I've made that circuit my own), it's an extremely rewarding circuit.

Special shout to Eiger Nordwand. Short and not really suited to a close race, but still a joy to drive.

All "world tracks" are my favorites. I drive them all equally much.

Although I've played GT since the first game I'm not too keen on the fictoinal tracks.

Yep, TM (S/C seasonal) is where I grind all my supercars & race cars. My favorite original track.

Real track? Toss up between La Sarthe (better graphics here would clinch it) & the 'ring. Then Monza.

I was just like you until a few weeks ago. I decided to try autumn ring in my 430 ferrari. 20 laps in arcade mode. The 1.10 improved AI made it a challenge and i started to fall in love with the track as my lap times became consistent. Also discovered that this track has a real nice flow and is now fast becoming a favourite. Do yourself a favour and try fictional tracks again you may be missing out..
