How about instead of people saying no car is rare... we say hardest car to acquire without trading which should mean RARE. In this case, it would be the 370Z GT Academy and the Jaguar XFR '10.

Funny, as someone else mentioned how it rarity of a car may be different for others, I actually have seen the CZ-3 and 240RS many times. Crazy amount of them a few months back.
