This track truly has one of the best weather effects. It looks stunning.
True, it does look great

For these types of shots, what settings should I use to get the 3 cars in focus like?

I really enjoy your photography and find myself always looking over your shots quite regularly
Thank you! To make sure all three cars are in focus you need to check if their speed and direction are the same in relation to the camera. For simplier shots you don't have to worry about the camera, just put the cars parallel to each other and set the same speed for them, it should work. But for more complex shots (for example, if the cars are turning, close to the camera and/or it's not a direct side/front/rear view) it would probably help to experiment to understand how it works. Maybe you can also just look up tutorials for real life photography, camera in GT is quite realistic in many aspects so it can be helpful.

This beautiful track needed a suitable car

I really appreciate you taking the time to reply in detail. Like I said, I always find myself looking over your photography the most, I always find your shots look the most natural. Secondly, your advice has really helped me get the type of shots I've been aiming for. I'm going to delve a bit deeper into what you said in order to improve my photography. I'll post the results when their ready. Again, thanks mate 😊 oh and that 8c at Grand Valley looks superb.
