Okay, I went back through. It's not 3:26 that I'm talking about - it's 3:28. This is what Video on Trial had to say about it; skip to 1:34 for the beginning. Just be careful, because it does contain crude sexual humour, drug references and swearing. It's not a particularly funny episode (none featuring Eddie della Siepe are), but they do point out exactly what she's doing in the music video. And it's dirty as sin.
