Its blurred out, so people dont hunt her down or something. Im sure the camera cops got to her sooner or later. She prolly got a bill in the mail with "You are under arrest, please report to the DPS or your local constabulary" as the title.

I think it's because of what the license plate is made out of. The flash reflected it and others around it? Dont kno, just a hunch.

Nah, it's blurred out. If the flash did that, it would defeat the entire purpose of having the camera in the first place.

Looks German to me. Lots of German cars, photo written as 'Foto', the date is written in German format and the road looks German, too.

The folk in the VW Passat on the left hand side look as if they're made out of cardboard. There is a horizontal line above th passenger's head and you can clearly see the top of another head behind, but they're not sitting in the back seat.
