Oh no, that wasn't directed toward you - I accidentally posted a tune in this thread and when I went to the OP to update everything, I noticed this was the WTC thread. :lol:

KERS is kinetic energy that's stored in the flywheel that can boost the overall horsepower by 80 for several seconds. It's the exact same thing as nitrous-oxide, in theory. The only real difference (when thinking of it like that) is one is mechanical and computer-assisted, the other is injected gas - like a freebasing supercharger.
 
I need to start watching F1 again...

One more thing, for you to check the autolog, it means you can see our times and we can see yours. We can't discuss lap times, but they'll be visible... Cold war again? :D
 
Only thing i can see in my auto-log in Time trial table, are Zonda's records of mine friends :/ i can't really see lap times made by cars in C class up to 999 restriction. So there is no cold war.
 
I can see record s up to 1607... those records must be below the 5th position.

Off to test T-12 tunes now :)

The fact that you cant scroll the Speedwall is my major gripe with this game. I hope there is a way they can do something about it. I am going to add a few of the WTC competitors to my friends list tonight. Hope to check out you fast lot :sly:

Can you scroll on the full website of the autolog? I'm far too lazy to check at this moment.

I wish you could comment like you could on Hot Pursuit. Hopefully they add that in later, because talking 🤬 was a lot of fun. :D
 
Having lots of fun with this for now. 👍 Tried a few different cars and I think I finally settled on one, beat my time with the other ones by 1 sec, and I think there is more to be had, just have to find some more grip or get lucky :-)

Terronium... How do I do this now? I do my lap and then what? I tell you when im happy and then you clarify it on autolog? And which track in specific? PI 699 right?

& This is why l left the car selection open , gives us all a chance to try out a bunch of different cars rather than being restricted to only one. Enjoy the freedom of choice while you can. Soon we will all be crammed into the same car, no doubt. ;)

I'll hate freedom. Can't really decide which car to use, but it's fun to try different car every day. But it's costly $$$ play :crazy:

Justin you can use any car and tune you like and prefer, but there is 999 limit so No Zonda ;)

Unless it's specified in the event program, everything is fair game. So yes, any tune is acceptable.

Split times aren't necessary; you can discuss those in the results thread.

It was washed away to the third page, but it's on the first now and in addition to that I'm putting a permalink in the OP. Something I should have done anyway.
 
Finally found the car and the tune (that sorta works well enough, if I really concentrate on the handling and drive perfectly)! Shaved off 3(!) seconds off my previous record with a different car. Now I'm happy :) When are results going to be revealed by the way? Just curious.
