The Freeway is really fun i drive on the hard sholder or close to the side as possible, even up the middle. I love the freeway. Another fun thing to do is get the dumpster (huge ass dump truck) from the bottom of quarry and go up the wrong way on the freeway. you run over cars like they are people, so fun.

Here is my tips for Zeros mission (pasted out of help with San Ferro Missions)

As for Zeros "Air Raid" look on ya mini map and when the planes appear you see a triangle that way you know where the buggers are. Once i found this out i passed it straight away. I got the Zeros second mission done second go (just fly behind the vehicle nice and low and shoot, be very gentle with the controler and use ya yaw a lot) and the Third one I passed first go (very easy just follow directions).

Ive done the quarry missions now, do the races next, not looking forward to the plane races/checkpoints. :(

i made the gun challenge up the ak-47 part 1. i was soo mad i didnt pass it,i was excited in passing the shotgun lvl3 that i wasnt thinking for the ak one :(.

Currently I've taken over 38 territories. I almost have the whole East Side of Los Santos covered, except for 6 Vagos Territories up North. All of them are in Las Colinas, and shouldn't take too long. They have that 1 territory in Marina, Tierra Robada.

The Ballas have been restricted to the West part of Los Santos, in Temple, and the beaches.

I've noticed the Vagos are a lot stronger and smarter as a Gang. They've become quite tough to deal with, and I've been owned on a few occasions. It's taken a fairly long time to take over their territories. I like the challenge.
 
Yaw - it means to turn on the vertical axis, i.e. move the stick left or right.

83% I think. I've a few road races to do, 2 flying time trials, Pimping, Vigilante, Firefighter and all the hidden items to do. Plus probably a couple others I can't think of.

ive played 42hours and 79,47%
ive got all assets all deliveries done, all tags sprayed found all horseshoes, took all snapshots, paramedic, viligante, firefighter, pimp, bmx chall, nrg500 chall, 8-track, kickstart, bloodring, dirttrack, chilliad, 25races, burglary, shooting challenge,

only things to do is find the 50 oisters, taxi and that train mission, plus the import export. these things i do first, then i continu with the storyline...
100% here i come!

im glad that ive won the chilliad races and the nrg500 those were tough.
what a great game this is 👍

You haven't done fire fighter but did "end of the line" -- I'm impressed 👍

I'm at 74% on 68 hours-- I'm about the same place as Jimmy in taking over gang territories--just a few northeast ones and then the ones on the west side of LS-- I've been killed a few times doing them but mainly when I use a wimpy weapon trying to improve my skill with them (sawn off shotgun, desert eagle, etc)--when I use my trusty AK47 or M4 and SMG--they go down.

I did notice some glitches in doing gang territories-- sometimes they take off and leave the territory and you have to chase them down--but you have to be fairly quick or you lose the war--- Sometimes the areas are pretty small also---I had problems getting them to spawn to start a war around the hotel on N side of LS--very small turf area-- a few others are like that too.

Still have a ton of side stuff to do--just need time to play (wife, baby, stupid job...) and have to get methodical and just do all side stuff on each island and then move on. It pisses me off that most of the export vehicles rarely spawn on SF.
 
I don't know if this have anything to do with my game progress but I've a problem.
I can't go to gym. I've tried everything. This is reallly weird.
 
Mu muscle is almost 0 so I need to train him a bit.
edit : It says "you have worked enough for today, come back tommorrow".
I haven't trained for days! the only thign I know that this is a bug! :grumpy:

I read about this problem on another forum-- did you beat up and/or kill people at the gym-- supposedly this causes this and you can't work out at ANY gym--- you need to completely change your appearance--change ALL your clothes, haircut, remove tatoos (if applicable), etc... and then try going back-- I have no idea if it will work but supposedly this will fix it.

i think thats it.

Good idea, I never thought of that. I died in the fire part twice, and I hated redoing all of that other easy stuff.

Anyway, I think I'm at about 87% now. I've just finished trucking and the Mt. Chiliad bicycle challenges(kind of tough). I think I'll finish the snapshots today if I find a good map.
 
yeah i was gonna do firefighter if i had trouble with end of line, but i found it easy so i didnt need to do it.
 
I'm 53.97% done with 33:40 time spent.

Currently have jobs available at the Airfield, Calligula's, Robberies & CRASH...

Have Gold on Bike. Silver on Car & Plane (Not done Boat at all).

Done Paramedic.

Have Wang Cars and Zeros earning me money (And Also went back and did Beefy Baron (Does this give you anything?!))

14 out of 30 Import/Export... By far the hardest to get was the Patriot... here's my method...

Goto Naval Base on NRG500 with full health and Armour... park NRG500 outside front gate...
Run into Naval Base at full tilt bashing the x button for all it's worth... Grab Patriot...
Drive quick and bail outside Naval Base... Grab NRG500... (This is the tricky bit altho I did it first try) Now get that baby back to the garage... the route I took is detailed below... (Yellow is Patriot, Red is NRG500)
Once Clean... go back to the Naval Base... pick up the Patriot... drive serenly to the Docks and Export it (Note be very gentle with the Patriot... mine had 2 tyres and black smoke when I picked it up... I thought it would be easier to just export it rather than go and fix it!)

....Or just drive to the hospital in LV near the airport and find one parked out front....

I found this after I'd alread stollen one from the naval base (took me a few tries but I got it to the pay n spray at wang autos)-- best way is to drive south a bit, cut under the higway and up the on ramp, at the top of the on ramp you can drive off the road and you are right next to the pay n spray.

I'm basically where I was after last update but am up to about 44 territories,Vagos has 1 left and I can't find it, Ballas have about 11-- after doing all the vagos territories, the ballas are easy.
 
i found the patriot outside that hospital too, thats where i got mine from. The vagos have a territory over near the boat school. :)
 
I've noticed some annoyances when taking over Territory at the Beach. They spawn in the water, and sometimes they can't get out. Have to abandon the Territory and start again.

I've taken all the Territories I want to. I have all of the East Side and the Beaches. I left the Ballas in Temple and the Vinewood territory, and I left the Vagos in Bayside Marina. Gangs won't attack your turf if they aren't directy attached to it. Which is good. I don't have to kill off the gangs.
 
Yeah in that respect it's like Risk... You can only lose territories at your borders...

I took over all 100% of the territories before I left LS... I wonder if I'll have to redo them again!?

Yes. Because once you leave Los Santos, the Ballas take over your territory, and then some. The Vagos, too. I'm glad I didn't waste time at the start doing that. :D
 
I'm getting really good at them. I found the best vantage points in every place, so if any tips are needed, feel free to ask away or PM me.

I finished the last flying time trial and finally finished the Vinewood street race. It took about 25 attempts in a row to get it. What an awful race. I don't think I'll be bothering with the record book on that one. I just have "Freeway" to do and that's all the street races done.

I'm up to 84% or so now.

BTW catalina should be put to death by catapaulting against an immovable object ! :grumpy:
 
I liked her. She was strange, but funny. I hated her in GTA 3 though.

Also, I hope Cesar doesn't die either. But I don't want to know, so please don't tell me.
