Did you talk to a moderator like Swift?

I hope this sets off, will be a good laugh i think.

No, I haven't, should I?

Also, as I said, if you want to sign-up, make sure you post your car choice in the shown format

- I'll extend the deadline for sign-up another day.

Did you get the title from Top Ground Gear Force?

I can have my entry in by 10am Central. Which is about 6 hours late. Can i get an extension? (I have an endurance race going on. You'll want more entrants either way)

Colinod, as I said I extended the sign-up deadline another 24 hours on-top of that. (About 30 hours from now)

Minicooper, inspiration, yes

To all people thinking of entering/entering - don't spend to long picking a car, just go to the used car lot and pick something you think will be good (No-body said all the challenges will be racing and that they are exactly derived from any form of common-sense :)

Just keep in mind this isn't going to be overly competitive, just a time-killer between Top Gears.

Also, feel free to post a photo up of your little bundle of rusted joy in your entry.

Got the best I could find. 190hp (Yeah its still a rotary) and 1280 Kilos to haul around but its decent. I gave it an oil change and still stayed under budget btw. I hope that's not cheating..

Starts now ^

All participants please read first post thoroughly.

I Choose Tsukuba!

I will get a time in within the next couple of hours.

I also forgot to ask can we do the oil change?

I already did an oil change and I wasn't disqualified, so I guess you can go on ahead.

SpecOpsBob, what exact toyota corolla is the control group?

The new'ish version, not AE86 era. It fits in well with the theme.

Also, T-Squared, please PM me your choice of track as soon as possible.

I'd like to join this, but can I use a normal digital camera to take photos of the screen?

Yes peterram, you can but i think its too late to join maybe?

So is that a yes or no on the oil change? :indiff:

Peterram430 - Sorry, sign-up period for this round is over.

David48 - Oil change is fine

T-Squared, if you do not have your track choice in within 12 hours you will be disqualified.

Fair enough, will there be another chance to join?

In the first post it says that each series will have sign-up period once the other one is over.
Also, each series will consist of 3 challenges.

Hehe, I was thinking of something just like this today at the beach...

Well, guess I have to wait until the next round!

anything happened with this? or am i the only person that has put in a time?

No, everybody has their track choices in, just waiting for T-Squared's laptime. I'm still yet to set the times in the Carolla due to masses of assignments.

Currently working on the Carolla times, and just for further info, its the 02' Carolla RUNX Z. Should have this done before the end of Friday. It worked out that each challenge is going to be considerably longer than expected so, whilst I set and tally the times (T-Squared, still waiting for your time) I will get the next challenge ready.

*edit*

On second thought, I have a much better idea for our independent adjudicator...

Some say, that he once versed Jesus in hopskotch
and that he is actually my B-Spec driver...

All we know, is, he's called Fred :)
