revert an engine swap

Is it possible to revert back to the original engine after it has been swapped through the tuning shop where it usually has an option to replace the engine?

I was just thinking about this, the novelty of engine swapping wore off pretty quickly - boy do I have a lot of engines piled up.

The only way to have the original engine is to not swap at all. You'll have to get a new car and start again.

You even can't swap the original engine back on a car that is both a donor and recipient of an engine swap if you have an extra of the original lying around. At least you'll get 30,000 Cr. from Andi when you sell the car to him, unlike the 0 Cr. you get for creating a wide-body.
