Reward for number of km/m?

a friend told me that he got a jaguar race car for driving a certain number of km (he can't remember how much), I can't find anything on the froums about it, is this true and if so how much km is it?

If he won the Gift Car ticket for (if I remember correctly, 2000kms driven or 100kms driven in a single race event), the prize car is random.

So maybe your friend did get the Jag race car, it doesn't mean that you'll get the same thing.

There are two distance trophies, both of which have vanished from the PSN:API for some reason (I'm looking into it!).

One is for driving more than 2000km (maybe 1000km?). The other is for driving 12,xxx km - the cumulative distance of Germany's autobahns.

Does 'km driven' count for b-spec aswell?
Ive done more then 2.500km but i never had a car ticket.
Or can you only get the ticket once per account?
Because on my last savegame (wich i deleted and started over) i did got a ticket.

No, the trophies are still there!

The API (automated programming interface) is the system that third-party developers can use to obtain game information on a 'live' basis for use in applications.

Since the server reboot the other day there have been a number of changes to the information for GT5 including the loss of four trophy descriptions (including the two that you are referring to). They still appear on the XMB so I'm still trying to work out what the deal is...

the gift car for 2,000 kms is only aspec mileage only which is hard to figure out, but on the other side of the coin, is that you can win it over and over i have got my second gift car for this. Now that i'm in the endurance hall the third probably won't be very far away hope it's better than what i got for the second one

From the 3500 km almost all of it is a spec, just started with b spec...

you will not get the 1000 ticket for bspec, just aspec. I have gotten around 4 of them so far.
