Sound and FFB is great, but tires still need a bit of work like the C6.R when it first came out this car simply does not track out and just want's to keep turning in till it spins in rather than spinning out...

What time!!? Saturdays are tough for me but if it's at night after 8 I might be able to do a couple of races!

Oh man! I'm at work all day on Saturdays... That sucks for me because I love the 370!! Probably tied with the Clio for favorite rF2 car!

Jav
Man I wasn't paying attention and the stupid thing downloaded and tried to install some other crap in my PC!
Be careful guys, don't trust that SendSpace share site!

There are several links, the right one is a straight download. I wish I could remember which :/

Worth it, nice though unfinished.

hello.

I leave a comparison of iRacing Vs rFactor2 and real life with lime rock skip barber I've added a map dynamic force, hope you like.

a greeting

The CMS rF2 Nissan race was a blast! 70 intense laps, 20 contestants. My pit strategy sucked, kept climbing back up after pitting too many times, ended up 12th :/

The Z was made by ISR and it is a tweaking of the orig Z from ISI. A guy from ISR who worked on it explained that all the ISI cars (not just the GTs) have similar frame characteristics in the front end. Yes, the WCR60's cars and the Camaro share TOO MUCH in common. So ISR has re-worked the Z, but they made it a lot faster too.

He said that this Z would compete with GT1 cars- much faster than even the Corvette or M3 GT2 cars. The physics have been reworked and the engine overhauled with much higher output.

I hope they do this with the other ISI cars. ISI makes good looking cars but the physics are terrible. Just like in rF1

Wait, I don't why some random modders jump in, get a car, change performances completely, and pretend others to a accept a GT4 model with GT4 body shape to be a GT1 car. NO, just no. Modding is good when brings something good to the table not when they make an half a** job to the original content. They better keep that private.

He said in the thread in the ISI thread to think of it more as a tuner car like RUF, Nismo, etc.
Sound like a lame excuse. I know these guys, their mods in rFactor are kind of lazy and lacks quality but they act as they are a serious modding group spamming all over the forums with their lame stuff. There are lots of high quality mods for rFactor 1, and tons of crap mods. rFactor 2 will be no different. ;)

Still think the mod is worth a try. I am excited because new tracks and cars are starting to roll in.

In rF1, the best cars and mods did not come from ISI. Does anyone remember that Panoz they made? Yeah, ISI is stil making the same sort of terrible cars. IMHO they need to abandon car modding because they suck at it. Let the modders do that! The GT cars in rF2 right now that are made by ISI are not good. Great tracks though. The open wheelers are a lot better than the GT cars, that's for sure.

So I am happy that modders have come along and fixed (I do wish they had kept it GT4 though) one of the terrible ISI GT cars. It's just too bad that they fixed up the best of a bad lot- the Z is the only GT ISI has made that drives like a car in a sim should.

Anyone seen any word on if/when they will be implementing Oculus Rift support?

I pretty much refuse to play racing games without the Rift now because it's so boring. I would love to give rF2 a shot.
