I'll just say this again:

I have actually seemingly managed to create a decent setup.

Even though I don't own the game and thus couldn't test it myself.

Nor do I really have any knowledge of what most of it actually does.
 
Qualifying 1 will be live streamed May 30
10 AM US East Coast, 4PM France
45 min GT followed by 45 min Prototypes

Ran practice again for the diesel teams using their earlier setups. They can, as always, change their qualifying setup before it starts

@Earth Awesome job updating us on the BOP, but uhhh.....I don't think that DeLorean is actually capable of time travel.

I just wondering how the 🤬 we'll find out who will start where.

Not that that really matters, seeing as the race is 24 hours and most of us will likely break down anyway :D

Made some big changes for quali, and I have no way whether they'll be better or worse. Getting the downforce right is gonna be tough.

I expect you've got a little something in your pocket as well!

Still struggling for speed. Back to the drawing board.
 
Wouldn't be a surprise if I'm still terribly slow. I don't even know where to watch this.

The framerate was pretty bad (15-20fps) during the stream, looks like I wont be able to stream at 720p. Its all on the CPU as turning down the graphics did little to nothing. A 480p stream should fix the problem just fine. Its funny because without streaming the game runs well over 50fps even with 50 cars on track at night as long as they arent bunched too much.

edit: framerate issues are fixed. Just had to knock it down to 480p. I think the stream still looks decent.

So far, so good, I guess? I mean, considering its driver lineup, I'm not surprised it was the #009 that was the faster of the three.

Just because I've forgotten, can setups still be adjusted?

That's quite a letdown to see I've got the 2 slowest times in class. :nervous:
 
:eek: THAT'S A JUMP! Does show me what the game prefers in this build. Q2 setup inbound shortly.
 
Well, this is probably the fastest my car will probably go, as I've done all I can do with my limited tuning knowledge. Oh well, I'll be at the back of the pack but at least my cars will look good while doing it.
