Has anyone else bought a RGB-cable? It's quite propable that you'll only see in black & white when trying to play imports on PAL PS2. That's why you need a RGB-cable, it somehow converts the NTSC signals to PAL signals or some like that.

I bought a Joytech cable from play.com for £7 (UK). Which certainly made GT3 + GTC look a hell of a lot better particually menus + text.
NTSC is pretty much TV & modchip(If yours is modded) reliant, since with same console on my old TV it was B&W & new one was colour.
You can also get backup games with switches that alter regions from NTSC/PAL or atleast you could with PS1, I even converted some NTSC games to PAL just so they'd work on my old TV![]()
Im not getting GT4P, i cant afford shipping and stuff atm, specially for a demo but the cool thing is my VCR supports NTSC and PAL so I can play NTSC game and watch NTSC movies and PAL of courseOriginally posted by SunsetSkyline
There is a video and audio (L + R) socket in the middle of the cable. I don't think my TV is NTSC compatible, it's a regular Philips 32".
