I'd call 0-60 in 10 seconds respectable for a car like this, but it is kind of silly when that also happens to be the top speed of the car. I realize this is meant to be more of a city car where maybe you won't need to go that fast, but still.

According to the article, it can hit 60 mph in ten seconds. All things considered, I wouldn't really call that bad. But then again, 60 mph also happens to be the car's top speed.

The Citroen 2 CV also has 11 horsepower. This is faster, but it still is very slow.
