So how does the 65 minute stint length get counted? From the stint pic under red flag or from race resume?

How come the chat was disabled?
 
when the race was put under SCD,, i was ahead of TRL on trac,, he could not see me even though i could see him,, he hit me and knocked me off track causing major damage,, when you stopped us on front stretch i was at the end of the line when i should have been in front of TRL
