Ruf RGT

This is my favourite car in the game. In white that is. Maxed out. This car handles and accelarates like a dream. What are your thought's on this monster?

It's awesome,.... if you want the REAL experience,... slap on some dirt tyres and goto Smokey Mountain,... 1099 hp

I thought about going through all applicable races in the game with it,.. would be a fun way to go through the game,.. it is excepted everywhere except the DT specific leagues 👍

I raced a dark blue one for the weekly race series ( race 25 ). This car is a beast even if it only had 656 bhp. Could easily beat the AI with their LM cars with this bhp rating. I havent had the experience of driving the full modified version yet, or I should rather say in a long time ( 2 years ). So fun to drive too

Indeed. I love raking this beast to Midfeild Raceway II with a Manual Transsmission.

the Ruf RGT doesnt demand respect...it just earns it right from the first time you drive it...its one of the best all rounders in the game (perhaps THE best)

that is a good question but i'll let the experts answer this....i dont think Porsche gave thier conscent for thier cars to be in the game...

Ruf, is a whole different company. They base there cars off of a few Porsche's. They modify everything, except some minor looks.

Yah! I have a Yellow one with a poilished lipped black rims. I just have it's stock gearbox because that's good enough for me. It accelerates all the way up to 207mph at rev limiter easily but MAN do I have to brake early! I wish there was the Porsche 911 GT3 (which I think this RGT is based off).

My fav is still my WRX STi Ver6..

There is a GT3. But you need Gameshark or Sharport to unlock it.

Alright, Porsche did not give Polyphony Digital the OKAY to use their cars, because EA had them i think. So they took the easy way and used RUF( a tuned porsche)

The RGT is a great car and its kinda cool to have the only Rear Engine Rear Wheel Drive (RR) car in the game. (If you dont count the GT3 that is "hidden")

it is the only "road car" that actually handles with hp over 1000.
gotta luv this car.

but there are better cars.
vantage v8 and fiat are but 2

It's a great car with just a slice under 600bhp...a completely competitive car all around, and it gives most of the other cars a run for their money. (In long endurance races that is)

The biggest problem with the RGT is that it doesn't come in any good colors. You're stuck with white, sliver, and a bunch of pastelles.

The Dark Grey is the best car because it is similar to the color of the stock wheels.

An awesome car...mines white with a set of BBS alloys.

RUF are considered a manufacture in there own right...not just a modifying company (Gembella). Hopefully the mental Turbo R (520bhp) will make an appearance in GT4

Currently planning about a short race series using the RGT, based on the Porsche super cup....5 or 10 laps :with tyre wear on keep your eyes peeled in the OLR forums

Yes, RUF is recognized as an individual company. They literally strip down porsches and modify and change every single little thing they can, except for the styling.

RUF RGT...mm......... It'd be really nice if GT4 could have a 'paint shop' and you could paint whatever colour you wanted your car to have....

Just a bit, not so much that it totally modifies the whole style of the car tho~

what parts are u usin to help tune the handling aspect of the rgt...i bought one and i have it tuned to about 1037hp and need to work on the handlin...

why you'd mess with the styling on a 911 or similar car is beyond me. they are beautiful
