I don't have a save file but there are a couple of sites you can check out. https://playerssquared.com and the https://thetechgame.com. You have to create an account for them. I have downloaded a bunch of PS4 saves from them and they work pretty well. They have a plethora of PC games as well
Cant believe this game is a decade plus old. In a way it shows how far things haven't come in the last 11 years or whatever. Long, detailed stages, smooth frame rates, passable graphics (stages good, car models less), lots of content, best car list this side of EA WRC, very good damage model. What's not to like here? I still play this from time to time.
I think I remember that one! Feeling like I'd basically done a perfect run and still missing the time limit. Did eventually get it but was a nightmare.

It has gotten easier over the years! You still need to have a good run but once you get into the flow and you can get to push the car it works nicely and it becomes easier
