I believe the majority of those have been mentioned in the past two years. The biggest benifit coming from moving the style sheets to a seperate file and linking to them, which he has already done.

This month has a daily average of 9.3 GB/day, so we're doing alright.

Heh, my Gran Turismo website is usually about 56 MB/day. And the limit is about 56 MB/day too.. Which unfortunately means that the site is offline more than it is online. I need a new host!
