2, just cause I might get my butt handed to me at Indy when it comes :lol:. That's because of what I have to do on weekends that interferes with my schedule.

Also, we ran at Tsukuba last night. I am warning everyone right now; we need A LOT of practice there. Racing there for 100 laps will be more challenging than almost any other track we will go to. But this I will promise... After running Daytona Road, Indy Road; we will all be more prepared for Tsukuba. But it will still be very challenging since it is a very short track.

I knew Tsukuba wasn't a good idea.
I personaly think that Tsukuba is chosen for everything no matter what happens. Reason? People think it's a good track for everything. To be honest, it doesn't look a thing like there would be NASCAR races there. Soon, you'll see WRC leagues racing at Tsukuba for a rally. Not trying to get the track changed but come on. Who votes for Tsukuba in a NASCAR series?

obviously the majority of this league....#1 we like a challenge and imo it is actualy fun to run place's that are not commonly run with 3,500 pound cars. that being said it is not going to be "easy" and I dont think I heard anybody say otherwise.

It is a short 1.3 mile technical track. With a Tarmac surface. And it is not a mistake, our peers voted for this track. ;)

I know that. It's just that it's so popular in GT5 that I might see everything being run there. I've seen loads of lobbies that have almost everybody voting Tsukuba even if it's a DTM lobby.
 
Also, it's Saturday... how bout just move it up 3hrs? 4:30 is SCANA race time here on the west coast, and I don't mind starting at 1:30 instead, and you guys can try out 4:30 and see how you like it :)

I'd rather postpone it that move the time earlier because I have things to do then.
 
Starting three hours early at 4pm EST every Saturday would work best for me also.

They have not voted. We have 6 for pushing and 2 for keeping. I need two more to push the event.
 
Nitrous-I like that idea....then we can run a Daytona race after to get us ready for the quasi start of the Cup season:)
Edit: Sorry did not see the post of those that can not make it.....We can still run an early Daytona Race though for those that can....Anyone for a couple twin 125's?

Do you run under a different user name? I don't seem to have you recored in the points standings. Therefore your vote cannot vote.

I need 1 more postponement vote and we will scrub this week.
 
#2 for me . I'll be wanting to see the shootout live . If I record it my father in law will leak the results to me before I get a chance to watch it myself.

As for the idea of having SCANA run earlier, I wouldn't be able to make the races it that happened.

As for moving the race time eariler. I honestly do not want to do that. I got a life. I need to keep the day time free.

Come on guys, the real reason for the postponement was that there was rain scheduled at HSR for this weeks race.

I was thinking of some practice tonight. 20-30 Lappers with cautions. For those interested parties.

A little late for me on a Monday night, especially as I don't have a good set up just yet. May see how I feel later on :)
 
My display gave up the ghost, and the female unit says I have to wait til I bring in another check to order a new one.

So my interim setup is:
Wheel clamped to kitchen table which is straddling the coffee table in the living room, in front of the couch, with computer monitor as display on the table right behind the wheel, pedals leaning up against coffee table, and me sitting in a cushy pad of pillows all around.

Super ghetto. I should really take a picture. Sooo... I might not be on at all til the Fri/Sat races :p On the plus side, I finally get to order a 1080p projector.
