Welcome to the madhouse Justin. Not to worry though, we don't use vuvuzelas and we don't take offense if you say SCC isn't the best game there is, ever was, and ever will be. You can even mention Forza without getting the simplest of replies! ;)

This sounds like it might be fun - I'm interested if there's still time for applicants here.

One question though - if we agree that assists and setups should be turned off, will I have to go back into my garage (sorry, my supercar showroom) and reset the setups on any cars that I've been fiddling with, or can we set it up in the lobby so that nobody has set ups?

EDIT - a follow up question if I might - are folks here working to GMT or something like that, or are we a far flung diaspora racing from all corners of the globe? I ask only for the purposes of judging if seeing how much of a window there's likely to be for arranging match-ups.

A useful bug: When in an online lobby, if you select one of the game's premade liveries, the car setup switches to default for the duration of the stay in the lobby with a particular car (the user's saved car setup is not affected).

Most of the people are based in Europe. There are a few in North America.

Yes, as Alan says, when you are in the lobby prior to racing, each racer should switch to another livery to ensure that no set-ups are active. Given the idea behind the Racing League, I believe it is best to go with no tuning for the races.

Timing of races is obviously an issue, but certainly it should prove simpler than trying to get together with a large grid.

Biggles challenged arvore already and he accepted so you'll have to wait for that match to challenge Biggles again ...

HOWEVER ... if Biggles wins he will take arvore's current slot (7th) and therefore will be more than 4 slots ahead of you, so you won't be able to challenge him.

If you don't want to wait, you can still challenge kemp, fingersandthumbs or bullie.

PS - Players with challenges under way are bolded to make it easier to read who is still available.

If we all get stuck in, we can shuffle Carl - the U.S. GT5PTT champion to the bottom before he knows what's hit him. That'll show those GT fanatics what's what ...

That all sounds perfectly reasonable and eminently sensible. I'd like to throw my hat into the arena so. I presume I'll be propping up the bottom of the table to start (and, quite possibly, to finish with as well)?
