Hello and welcome, to the European Cup Car Championship.

This series is an attempt to emulate the various Cup Car Championships in real life. It will consist of 3 classes. MX-5 Cup, Nissan RC Cup, and Ferrari Challenge. To spice things up a little, all 3 classes will be driving on the same track at the same time, meaning some exciting multi-class racing. From long, technical circuits like Spa Francorchamps to the narrow streets of Monaco(God help us all :D), this series will pit the best drivers of each class against one another.

Edit: some additional questions:

Soft tires, will it be sports soft?
Fully custom tranny, suspension, racing brakes, allowed? Disallowed?

Sorry I didn't clarify that. Cars can be fully customizable and racing brakes are allowed. Tires are Racing Softs. OP has been updated.

So tempted...

I already have the Z34 and kinda like it, but seeing that @Mires and @Ettick are both running with the small Mazda I'll try and have a go with that and see if I like it.

I'll be hopefully back to my househusband life in a couple of days. Anyone up for some practice this week?
The Mazda handles like a little formula car. It's pretty great.

I just don't like the look of it. There, I said it.
I love it, one of my fav ones since GT5. Great handling above look, do you wanna photoshoot or have fun? :D

PS: having a little personal session right now at ascari, starting with tuning. Time till now 2:16,5. Not sure if it is a good or bad time, but it drives like a train. :D

I did a 2:12 offline.

I'm in ! exept it has to be on AM EDT times (I'll have +6 hours with you starting next week-end)

I assume we are free on the wheels choice

Any times for the Ferraris yet?

Also, why not add Matterhorn to the schedule as a double points round? :P (at night, in the pouring rain)

Hey guys, I wanted to see something out. IMO I think RS tires are not really great tires to use for any of these cars. I wanted to see if you guys could try out these compound tires for the cars:

Ferrari: RH Tires
Nissan: SS Tires
Mazda: SH, or SM Tires

I feel these tires will allow much more fun racing and give the cars a bit of life, because with RS it is far too easy. The cars will still be very grippy on these tires it will just make it more realistic. I feel these cars are far too underpowered to be running RS tires. Please try it out and let me know what you think.
