@Vincenzo_CVR Adding Suzuki and especially ☕ would be fantastic. 😍 You have a nice guess. 👍

Suzuki and Daihatsu, with the general atmosphere in Horizon, Would be a crime if they not appear in game.

By the way, If somebody wants to do Playlist with Company, feel free to add me!

I have to say, Series 3 has really won me over.

The Playlist is what excites me the most, especially the De Tomaso Pantera GT5, which finally marks De Tomaso's debut in Forza Horizon, and the return of the Lancia 037 Stradale. It was definitely one of those cars that deserved to make a comeback.

I also like almost everything in the Car Pass. I'm especially interested in the more unusual additions, like the Toyota Prius Prime and the Honda Z GT. They're the kind of cars that a lot of people might overlook, but I think they can be incredibly fun in Horizon. Small cars, when properly tuned, can be an absolute blast to drive and have a charm all their own.

The car I'm least interested in? Ironically, the Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder. Not because it's a bad car—far from it—but I'm honestly starting to get tired of the Huracán lineup. Between the LP610-4, EVO, STO, Tecnica, and Sterrato, the platform has been used over and over again. And knowing Playground Games, the only one missing is the Performante... so watch, they'll probably add that one too! 😂

The Italian Pack, on the other hand, is simply fantastic. The Ferrari F80, 275 GTB4 Spider, Giulia GTAm... but above all, the Alfa Romeo SE 048SP. That car is an absolute masterpiece: a historic prototype that very few people know about, and I'm so glad it's finally making its way into Horizon. Those are exactly the kinds of cars I love to see in the game because they tell a piece of automotive history.

And then there's the next Season, Mascot Party. The name immediately makes me think of something lighter, cuter, and more fun, and I really hope it's the perfect opportunity to bring in more compact cars and a few kei cars. After the Honda Z GT, this would be the perfect time to add one of my most wanted cars: the Suzuki Cappuccino. It would fit perfectly in an update celebrating mascots and all things adorable. Fingers crossed... maybe this is finally the one!
The Honda Del Sol would be a wonderful addition too. We have not seen that one since the Xbox 360 days.

The Aftermarket Garage is a pretty good idea. The only Wheelspin Exclusive I need is the Sesto - although I am seeing a lot of those now at 20 mil as you'd expect.

The basically destroyed the AH now and most people won't touch it. It was far better before - I get that people were only seeing cars for a small amount but it made it more realistic and not a total in game money grab.

Maybe going forward, this is how we are going to able to get reward or exclusive cars.

I can still get great deals from the auction house, but it now requires a great deal of patience. It's frustrating as hell when you're seeking out a car you'd like to get from there at a cheaper rate, just to see the auctions devolve into senseless bidding wars and people straight up buying out the cars at the buyout price. Bots/scripts automating the process has been an issue too.

What's hilarious is that people will buy out cars at prices higher than what they would at the dealership.

What's everyone's thoughts on whether The Trial and the 1980s championship are Italy only? It would make sense, but it doesn't say so explicitly.

Well this is without a doubt the most nonsensical test I've ever done....

All my own tunes and I stuck to the AWD swap cars that can fit Offroads, apart from one as you can see🤦‍♂️

C Total Rally (Airfield Trail)

Volvo 242 (stock tires) – 2:34.621
Abarth 131 – 2:35.556
Volvo 242 – 2:36.273
Renault 5 – 2:38.542
Ford Puma – 2:38.775

Renault 8 – 2:39.676
Mini Cooper – 2:40.461

1784141160863.webp

And it is all because this 'Dirt' course consists of more than 50% tarmac, most of which makes up the entire 2nd half of the route and on top of that is basically just about power/drag in the lower classes, I knew something was wrong as soon as the Puma which went first finished over 2.5 seconds behind a Mini ghost that clearly had absolutely no grip on the actual dirt, oh and it starts off with a bunch of square corners, which always go swimmingly in races with other humans and no ghosted start :s

So the Abarth was fastest out of the proper stuff, I ran that stocks Volvo at the end just to make the point of how stupid this track is, just a piece of awful design that makes no sense.

Luckily Hokubu Trail the 2nd course is much more like an actual Dirt race so I would still go with a proper build/tune, even if stock tire players have even more potential than usual to be absolute menaces on Airfield, I'm not sure whether I'll share mine but it's a simple build, AWD, Offroads, rear aero, cent supercharger plus all the usual upgrades you'd use on any build, then just fit what little extra power in that you can.

Outside of these cars I tried there's a load of options but they either need MC to fully work or can't fit Offroads into C class, but if people want a surprise then I found some of the Subarus in Modern Rally can drop to C class while also being able to fit Offroads by swapping the BRZ/GR86 engine in.

this first race is poorly designed. it's a good example of what they keep getting wrong. mixed-surface mixed-messaging is Playground's secret passion. they'll call it DIRT for the casuals. and now they'll stick a mile of highway or a skyscraper's worth of scaffolding in a cross country race.

my real problem with this is that in order to keep the game accessible over a wider variety of connected driving surfaces... what do you do? crank up the secret arcade driving assist.

there's a load of options
we had 90's retro rally c500 a few weeks ago, I have a top-5 Gallant that should be easy enough to find, and I'll probably share a Pulsar and Legacy since they're like 2 of the cheapest cars in the game

Well I know it's under an hour from the season start but I have shared a tune for the Trial, not the one I was expecting though...

Still on Offroads, those people in the Celica seem to be forgetting the Trial isn't just 1 track which I've found is a rather common trait unfortunately, people seem to think testing means making it an all-out Rivals challenge when it isn't that, at least when I do it anyway, I look to end up with something that is a combo of quick + still guaranteed to work on at least the first 2 courses, that Hailey just above me is 3-4 seconds behind some Abarth 131's on Hokubu Trail, and Peter isn't on there at all.

SC for the WRX is 793 985 150.

Oh and if you see any Legacys in your team they're likely followers of the clickbaiter, he's on both boards in it and based on the facts that car/his tune is both slow and needs MC to get the maximum little pace it has, no doubt hundreds of clueless Redditors will be drooling over it and mindlessly using it themselves.

I used the Celica, won the first race by 15 seconds, but barely got the second one by 3. I should have read your post first 😂
the clickbaiter
same guy who had the RWD caddy last week? I would never send my people out in a street race in that thing.

As expected, the Italian Exotics dealership is cluttered with the usual auto-show rubbish. The odds of landing a Wheelspin exclusive there are the standard 1%. So, happy restarting! As if players didn't have anything better to do with their lives...
Yeah I can't work this out either - Autoshow cars with a slight discount but nothing exclusive. Assume this won't refresh for another week so we are stuck with what is there.

Excellent discovery on the Subaru. Sure enough most of players in my trial were in celicas, they are really fast though especially on the 2nd half of the airfield track where it's more of a sprint, but the average player probably isn't going to be good at braking or controlling their speed at turns. All of the ones in my trial were slow when turning on the dirt.

It has a different set of cars each time you restart but looks like they can basically just be any Italian car. 15+ restarts tried and no exclusives yet. Don’t know the size of the rotation but it doesn’t seem to take any account of what you already own.

It absolutely does cycle through, though the timing of it seems to be the unkown factor. When I first booted the game today, I had the F40 Comp, 812 Superfast and Huayra R all spawn at the Italian Dealer. Upon restarting, I've now got the Miura, Huracan Tecnica and Maserati MC20.

I'm not 100% certain if this is the case, but I've been under the impression since launch that the various Aftermarket Car spawns, and how often they change cars, are influenced by whether or not you end up buying a car(s) that spawn there.

Very keen to know if anyone gets an exclusive from the aftermarket. Will mean we know if it’s worth cycling through restarts. I’ll keep building this but this is what I’ve seen so far:

Slot 1 (closest to the garage): Miura, F40, F40C, Abarth 595, Fiat 131, GTA, 33S, 250GT, Delta, Delta S4, 512S, Dino, 288 GTO (seems to be older cars)

Slot 2: SF90, Monza, F12TDF, Enzo, Tecnica, Huayra BC, 812, Giulia, Countach 21, 4C, Murcielago, MC12 Corsa, Aventador 12

Slot 3: Urus, Gallardo Spider, 8C, Zonda R, J50, 488 Pista, MC20, Huayra R, STO, 458, 430S, LaFerrari

Wheelspin cars added in bold. I haven’t seen the Aventador 12 yet and the 288 GTO has only been there once. They seem to be very rare.

The Huayra R is seasonal only, not wheelspin. It just came up for me. There's many in the [edit auction house] for buyout below the discount price so just get it if you missed it, want another or maybe long-term it will go up in value. Discount price was just over 2m.

Edit 2: it's also the 40pt prize in Spring. Typical

I was too busy cursing at the F8 not being there that it's taken me a couple of minutes to realise I had an original Aventador available at the aftermarket just now.

If Jezza wants to add it to his post it was in the middle of the 3.

I’ve added the Aventador 12.

There seem to be 10-12 Autoshow cars in rotation for each slot (and the Huayra R for some reason) but there’s a rare chance that a wheelspin car will also come up.

I’ve had the 288 GTO (once) in Slot 1 and you’ve now had the Aventador in Slot 2. I suspect there’s likely to be at least another one in slot 3.

Given the cars don’t appear to swap when you are in game, you’ve basically got to keep re-starting the game to generate three new cars. This is such a poor un-player friendly way to do this.

I needed the Ferrari 288 GTO from the Italian dealer, but I had no luck. I restarted the game about 30 times. 🍀

I don't want to buy cars through AH.

The only thing, got from the points. I collected for farming was a Ferrari 599XX Evolution from the Wheel spins. 🎰

oddly enough I saw this the day of the update, before the season even started.

so far I have seen zero wheelspin cars at the dealership.

tbh I don't think PGG can afford this level of grindy false promises anymore. this is straight up engagement-bait. not impressed.

happy restarting!

they just want to torture us with the worst song in Forza history.

Yeah I agree. It was sold to use that these will appear. I get maybe don't make it too obvious or load them with others but I must have restarted around 20 times and not a single exclusive appeared.

I got fed up in the end and committed the cardinal sin of just buying the Sesto (which was the last WS exclusive car I needed) from the AH for the jacked up price of 11 million.

Like Jezza said having to physically restart the game each time (with loading screens and then fast travel) is painful.

Why not just have each car (6 i think in total) spread over the 4 weeks so at least one slot has one, the rest of the slots can be filled with whatever they want.

I reckon the chances of getting an exclusive are probably on par with getting one in a wheelspin presently!

📌 Forza Horizon 6 dealership car. 🇮🇹

Good piece of work by someone. They have the same “standard” cars as I listed above, so I think that’s probably a complete list of what’s available this week. They’ve had one wheelspin car in 200 re-starts (Diablo GTR). Unless they’ve got a very quick way of doing it, I’d say that’s about 5 hours worth of time spent.

Essentially, T10 has made a good idea into a really painful process. The wheelspin cars being part of a standard rotation of 12 or so cars for each slot would be a perfectly reasonable approach. This approach just makes it a really unpleasant experience.
