Seasonal wishlist

Wishlist of seasonals. I currently wish most for a Historic Racing Car Cup Seasonals, kinda like the ones in the A and B spec. Reason is that it's so hard to get only those cars to race against at arcade mode, always comes Super GT and other crap what doesn't fit there. You can't ever photoshoot them, except at the A- and B-spec events.

I'm also wishing for Rally and LMP seasonals.


I want Rally because it has not been used much, although PD promised it to be included in to the game, it was but without really using it.

Le Mans seasonals would be cool because then you could earn money driving those cars without you have to go and race long endurance races.

rally one sounds sweet but i thick they could be used for drifting seasonals

So I can some serious use out of the Yellowbird and DeLorean.
 
Maybe a 5 race championship where the PP increases for each race. You start off with perhaps a basic car on sports or comfort tyres and by the time you've finished you've gone down the tuning route, maybe even RM (although race mod isn't currently available in the tuing screens and neither are the engine/body mods, so maybe that would require an update)

Of course, it could be a problem if you don't win (perhaps pre race testing to ensure your setup works would help), since you'd need to clear all the mods off your car in order to start again so maybe it's best if it was limited to parts you can 'remove'

Some new Dream Car seasonals or Polyphony Digital Cup seasonals would be sweet. For Dream Car, PP is limited to 650, while Polyphony Digital Cup forces you to race a completely stock production car, kinda like GT3's PD cup. Prizes would be:
1st: Random Helmet OR Suit
2nd: Free Rare Color
3rd: LVL 8 ticket (only won once!)
Keeping the Jag XJR-9 in the DC seasonal would make the championship extremely challenging, but hey, we all like challenges, right?:sly:
 
I would hope for something like Ferrari vs Lambo or Subaru vs Mitsubitshi

ONE SINGLE seasonal with drop down menus:

Choose track: (the ones you have unlocked)
Choose Opponents: (cars, driver level, or adaptive)
Choose restrictions: (tires, pp, small allowable range, tunes.)
Choose penalties: (time cut penalty, & below)
Rewards: vary based on Aids used, penalties incurred if any.

Penalties: besides time lost in race ==> remove paint chips, ground cars in garage for some time on repeated cuts. Increase chassis repair cost to total car cost if hit wall at high speed.

& Cause highly noticable crippled chassis on immediate race restart after high speed crash.

please allow to download into special OFFLINE Seasonal mode.

PD, please SIMULATE our experience of GT5 properly, thank you so much!

WTC seasonal.
This would combine the European, German and Japanese Touring cars.
limits 400BHP 550PP, Racing Hard. Al would be 390BHP and 540PP.

So you can use the Super touring cars from the OCD that they have had over the last 5 Updates..

This included but not limited to.....
Imprezza touring car
Altezza touring car
FTO touring car
Opel and Vauxhall touring cars
Audi TT and A4 touring cars
Mercedes CLk touring car
Integra type R touring car
And the others.

There are some really good ideas here, especially regarding the varying level of reward against aids used - probably also should vary on tyre choice as these are aids as much as TCS and anti skid. This feature should have always been in the game, IMHO. I think the extra penalties are a bit unnecessary though.

Yeah, new endurance races with more money and XP, changing sometimes, not every week, but sometimes. Also so that there is different length races, so that every race isn't on Tsukuba and 24 H. I mean that there would also be like 1-2 hour- 9-24H races. And with more short LMP races.
 
Whichever route they choose to go, I wish they would release more special tickets. Like lvl 20, 19, 18, etc.

Instead of releasing lower level tickets, they could put standards that they upgrade to premium as a prize (if they ever do it). 👍.
 
I also hope they release some more classic (pre-1985) and LMP seasonals! And a couple of rally ones wouldn't hurt either. I also hope they release some more time and drift trials soon! I like seeing how my driving compares to others out there!

At least at some point they promised. I am not very sure about this, but I just have a funny feeling about it...

Yeah, there are a lot of options.

They vould add more world competitions like NASCAR seasonal, WRC, WTCC, Group B, Group C, LMP.

They could also take the funny path and release seasonals like: 2cv, beetle, sambabus, pajero (2), other SUV's, RR without aids raining at night in the greenhell:drool:

Although what i really love to see is more expert seasonals. I think they are in a certain way missions, unlike the other seasonals. One big prize winable only once with a competitive race.

They could bring back missions from gt4.

Or even better. Instead we race with AI to win the prizes we will race against other players. Prizes will be in the same format but this time you will have to win against real players.

- LMP "Short" endurance races --> 1 hr or so
- RM cars event
 
I wish seasonals would be an online race just like in prologue. But there would one still that use AI bots.

Like what they were in Prologue? I don't own it, but I am interested in hearing what they were like.

That would be awesome. Also, would like a hot hatch series at something like 450PP maximum (on Sports Hard).
