Last time I checked, the fatality rate on the Seattle GT3 track is still pretty low. :p

Point taken, but the Isle Of Man TT is still run every year (and every year someone dies on "open track" day :( ) The motorcycles are jumping 100+ feet at 150+ mph. My point was to counter the statement that jumps are "unrealistic" on a road course. They are a part of road racing to this day. I can agree that jumps have no place in modern Formula 1, but where does it stop? Next thing you know, they'll drop technical race tracks like Spa from the schedule ... oh ... um ... never mind. :O
