Senna content coming soon?

The main issue is that GT6 was released without so many of the things we wanted, the Senna content being just one category the game lacked on release day. I understand DLC takes time, but PD need to focus on one game or the other, GT5 or GT6 or GT7, they cant just go for working on all 3 at the same time.

Yes they can by hire more people.
PD Staff = 140
Turn10 Staff = around 500

Moreover it's look like Turn10 is most of the time focus in one game with 3 times more staff when in a other hand you have PD working as you told in 3 games at the same time.

I'm not talking the people assuming who it'll turn out, I'm talking about the snarks that outright insult PD and add nothing to the discussion (nor make them communicate or bring things out any faster).

👍

Sony decides to hire people, not PoDi.

And given financial situation of Sony, it's very difficult.

And yet with over 3x as many employees, Forza still has less tracks, still no weather or time change or even just a night track for night racing after 3 games last gen and 1 game this gen, and even less content than GT in other areas. If GT fans are complaining about the lack of content and time of release for DLC then I really wonder how Forza fans feel right now about Forza 5 that only launched with just 14 tracks.

Less content for sure but everything work and is perfect, no weird pit bugs, no non premium cars and lot of more freedom as engine swap or having tires more large. But again it is another debate. People from Gt says that Forza is bad and Forza guys says that Gt is bad also. I play both, I like both. Both are really different, the handling are really different in fact also.

I think Forza fans will be happy that they are playing it on current gen (ie. not 8 year old) hardware.

I find it funny that people are bashing PD for something they haven't seen (or heard) yet.

Still, we can bash PD because we haven't seen or heard anything yet. They delivered an incomplete game, they're taking their sweet time "completing" it, and they've reneged on a few things that they said would happen. They've created their own precedents on that one.

They say there's going to be Senna DLC later in the month, but we know nothing about it. What are consumers supposed to think of PD's conspicuous silence? Sometimes what they don't say speaks louder than what they say.

If I'd bought a PS4 and then bought GT6 as it is (sure it'll look a bit nicer but would PD have actually made it any better?) I would be extremely annoyed and would probably have gotten a refund.
GT6>GT5 Physics and load times
GT5>GT6 Everything else
With the way PD operates a console switch would only have lead to delays, rather than a better game.

Back OT I'm happy to have got a definitive date for the Lotus, but I hope the additional content is up to scratch. I also hope it can be used online against other cars. In GT5 it was great fun racing the Ferrari F1s against the FGT (thanks to a glitch).

Care to share it with us? As far as I'm aware PD gave us a rough window of time, about 2 weeks I think, not very definitive.

Anyway, even if we did have a date, PD clearly have little problem missing their deadlines. The Red Bull events were meant to be available from the "1st of January" remember?

I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if the Senna content was later than planned. Sure it'll come, but I'm not holding my breath.

still people miss the point of the Ferrari F1's they are the superior cars in GT5 no other useless garbage like the Formula GT should be allowed to race with them sorry this is a little off topic but I think that the Senna Lotus should be excluded from racing against lesser vehicles such as the Formula GT's and the new Redbull's

No. I don't think any car should be restricted against racing with any other car. More options, not less, is the direction this game should go. I don't need "big brother" deciding what I can and cannot race together.

some cars should never be raced against other cars though like redbull vs LMP its just a "NO" what is the sense in racing something you know is way to fast or way too slow for the class that everyone else is racing and also out of respect for senna no other cars should be able to race against the Lotus other than itself.

How about this....you decide for yourself what is and isn't respectful and play the game your way and I'll do the same. More options = more gameplay.

First thing I'm gonna do with that lotus is cane it into a wall, is that disrespectful?
Then I'll probably smoke the tyres for five minutes or so.. :)
And then I'll try and get it airborne down conrod.

Just as Seattle is 100% in GT6 following it's use in that trailer? Right.

Cars and tracks aren't 100% in GT until PD have officially announced it and given it a specific release date. Until then, anything is just an indication of possibility. It may be in GT6, it may not.
And even with an official announcement and specific date, it's still not 100%. This is PD we're talking about.

All their promises.. DLC every month, The track around the lake in Spain still not out..

Maybe PD is just doing what I would do if I had Ferrari on my parking lot, having much of fun as I can with it and after getting bored of it then sell it..
They are making nice tracks, cars, continent to game and playing on office and having fun.
..hmm.. this theory doesn't work, or they had noticed bugs what game contains, are they blind?
